I cannot stress enough how rude their so-called support is. Take ages to get back to you and are very unprofessional. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity. Especially avoid any guy named Andre Marques. Honestly I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. They need to reconsider their hires at this company as I have never experienced such terrible, rude and incompetent customer service
We have an enterprise licence and multiple people use QuestionPro to create anything from simple surveys to complex elections and large research surveys. We have found the tool to be easy to use for all levels of experience and a good user experience / interface for survey respondents. We have had great customer service experiences however there are often delays due to time zone differences. I use the live chat where possible and have found most staff willing to work with me to find a good solution.
Signed up for a free account which should give users 1000 free responses. Unfortunately our responses came in too fast and I got 1015 responses quickly and the whole account was locked! I can only access the survey if I pay for annual subscription for more than US$1000! You don't get a single response until you upgrade, nothing in between! It looks like a trap!
I enjoy using the platform. I find it easier to use than some other survey platforms. If i have an issue, their customer service is super responsive. They fix the issue immediately. I cant say how rare that level of customer service is. Usually, getting help from a company is super annoying and time consuming. QuestionPro is super quick, friendly, and effective.
I wanted to create a simple calculator using a form, but QuestionPro lacked even the basic calculations field. I wonder how they are surviving the market without having anything to do with calculations in the form.
This is a great tool that is stable enough for designing online forms and surveys. The customer service is always very responsible, and the chat option is a wonderful way to almost immediately get in touch with customer service that is knowledgably. At first, many advance options and tricks may not be obvious, but if you talk to the tech support, they always have a way round things to make and do the form exactly what you maybe looking for. Thumbs up for QuestionPro.
My adviser suggested QuestionPro to me for my thesis/research so I can still perform online surveys for my study, quickly convert the data and interpret them. However, I was totally disappointed because I cannot find the calculation field and it is necessary to edit them and its value to make the form efficient and user-friendly. For $5,000 I still have to copy and paste on excel just to get results I needed. What more if I have to use this for a quantitative research? I should have used formsite for lesser cost or even google form for free.
We gave a try to QuestionPro, but it does not meet our company's requirements unfortunately. All of the other functionalities are really good, but we need a calculation field as well. We were very surprised that we had to pay about $5000 just for a calculation field. We had a meeting with our staff and on the meeting, we did a comparison to other survey platforms such as Formsite, Formstack.com, Jotform.com and SurveyMonkey and these companies either offered free or a really small amount just to have a calculation field. Why the high price for something so simple? Isn't this suppose to be free or at least with a small fee to add it? We struggled to find the calculation field and then we needed to just copy and paste everything in our own sheets. Unfortunately, we will not proceed with QuestionPro. We are going to move to Formsite - our company will receive it the needed calculation field for free.
I have never experienced a more frustrating process! I have been using QuestionPro for 10 months for my company's satisfaction survey tracking. Things seemed great and very simple to use... until we needed to make some additions to our location listing. This skewed all the results and was a complete disaster. We essentially had to start from scratch with our numerical data. Then... it got even worse. We have had continued technical errors on their side for the last several months. I have been unable to run a report and send the data from the surveys and customer service has been useless. I cannot wait for my contract to end... There are so many other options out there... do not choose QuestionPro if you value your sanity.
I had trouble with a very specific problem within a survey, and their customer service representative helped me solve it in about 10 minutes via chat. Very helpful feature!
I have been looking for a site to create my polls but when i was refered to QuestionPro, i ws very satified with their expereience. I was able to create the survey download the copy and share it with my class for them to participate. QuestionPro is gthe best place to create surveys.
It's crazy how they're asking for $1500 yet they can't even do simple multiplication with their forms hahaha! I can use other survey tools and it's for free.
We are one of QuestionPro's largest clients and they have always gone over and beyond our expectations for customer service, sample collection, community panel management, and openness to critique. Coming from a research supplier and programming background, I am quite familiar with other research services and products out there. While QuestionPro is competitive because of the price and customization they offer, they do have some work to further improve their products and UI. However, they are always asking for our feedback on their features and are constantly coming out with updates and solutions to our needs. Even if something isn't possible (yet), they find me a quick workaround with advanced custom programming. They rarely say "we can't do that". They are always striving to be better and they have very friendly and competent client managers who work hard to make our jobs as researchers as easy as possible. I would not be surprised to see QuestionPro give Qualtrics a run for their money in the coming years-- unlike Qualtrics, QuestionPro is humbly listening and adapting to the everchanging research market while keeping a reasonable price tag and offering 24/7 assistance. It's a pleasure to work with them and I can't wait to see what they bring to the table in the coming years.
The client service is the worst I have ever seen. They have their service center in India and they are extremely bad at getting back to you if it is money matter. Im having the worst time with them to get back my money. I paid twice one month (Credit Card and check). They obviously received both payments but I have made several attempts to get my money back but this has happened. They answer my phone call and hang up on me three time already after I have done all they told me to do. I have been dealing with this issue foe 3 months already and this is the service I get. Stay away from this!
I have used QuestionPro for some time. I stopped its service and was interested in rejoining. In attempting to do this, I could not connect to their on-line help line and then tried calling on the telephone. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes-I gave up. They were bad on service when I was a customer and they clearly still have terrible service- even for people interested in being a customer. I won't rejoin!
The website is very intuitive and user friendly, and even when I was had a question, their tech support was immediately responsive and very helpful and clear.
The company is really poor on customer service. The online help duty manager is arrogant and not helpfull. They act as if they are the only survey company and that you have no other choice than to buy from them.
I encourage people to shop around and get something better. The software is basic and def not worth the money they ask for.
Try surveygismo... they are much better
I was debating between using Monkey Survey or QuestionPro to help me with my thesis. I opted to use QuestionPro because its features seemed to be more helpful for what I needed it. I was offered to use their paid license since I am a student. I had thought of using their cheapest program which cost about $17. So my intention was more of exploring the other features and then just sticking to simpler version. I got charged for the expensive version and got blocked from the account, so I couldn't even use my surveys or the data I had already collected. When I talked to costumer service, he even said that I had been undercharged ($43) and that he would fix it to the right amount ($49). Would not recommend them or ever use them again. Take your money elsewhere.
Here's the issue. I was filling out an online application. I was finishing the application process and another line of questioning popped up. I thought I was continuing the online application process with www.jobmagic.com, but what was really happening was another site was collecting my personal information. This has to be illegal doesn't it? The business in question is: QuestionPro

One too many times I have completed their tedious, lengthy surveys and gotten to the final 'classification' questions, and then told:"Sorry. You didn't qualify!" My last and final example here:

Answer: Very easy. Our client account managers are very quick to respond, despite any time difference. If it's after hours, their 24/7 chat line is available for more simple questions.
Answer: Better price tag, better customer service, more customization
