Excellent Service

We had an issue with medicine cabinets for our new build. We had purchased them months prior to install. The shipping packaging looked fine. No damage. When we finally got to install, one of the glass doors had damage. QualityBath resolved this issue with the manufacturer for in a very quick and timely way. Thanks

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Quality Bath. I asked a question to the live online chat rep right after placing an order and learned that I had accidently clicked on the wrong size. Jack not only promptly answered my question but quickly saw that I had ordered the wrong size sink grid. He fixed my order right away and then made my day when he told me how quickly my order would be in my hands! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Warranty service

I had experienced a problem with one of my new faucets and after I reached out to the customer service dept, Janet took care of it right away. Even though the manufacturer was slow to respond she follow up repeatedly and was able to send the replacement cartridge.
I'm very happy with Quality Bath with all the service that I have received over the past 2 years.

Fabulous customer service

Lea at Quality Bath provides amazing customer service! My Robern mirror was delivered with the glass damaged on both doors. Due to construction delays on my project, the damage wasn't discovered until months after the mirror arrived. The contractor pointed out the left mirror, which was severely damaged and Lea helped me get a no-cost replacement right away. However, the contractor did not notice a smaller chip/scratch on the right mirror until another few weeks when they went to install. I was worried that due to the additional delay in reporting the damage it would be impossible to get a second door replaced. Lea responded to my email promptly and, lo and behold, was able to arrange for a no-cost replacement. Simply amazing!

Purchased a Franke Sink Grid. Took 3 weeks to arrive as they ordered it from Franke to be shipped to me. I ordered the wrong drain side. Had to return it and got hit with a 25% restocking fee. Outrageous and inflated.
Do yourself a favor and order from Vevano.com. Ordered the same item at a cost of $20 less than Quality Bath and arrived in 2 days. And, Vevano only charges a 15% restocking fee. Seems clear to me... Vevano better service.

Lea at Quality Bath really went out of her way to help find a package that I shipped to them by mistake. It was a Christmas gift that I accident returned to them instead of sending it to a friend. I received my package in the mail yesterday & can forward it on. Thank you Lea, for all your help!

I spoke with the vendor and ordered parts based on his recommendation. My plumber advised that the parts were not what was needed and were, in fact duplicates of what I had. I contacted Ruthie at Quality Bath regarding the return of these items. She contacted the vendor who advised that they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee for parts. She was so helpful. She explained to the vendor that I had told their rep what my plumber told me what parts were needed. He didn't listen and Ruthie made sure I received my credit with a restocking fee. She is awesome!

Great service

In August 2021, we ordered a Franke Hot Water Tank and new faucet to replace our instant hot system. In January 2024, the hot water tank stop working. Qualitybath was so helpful in getting a replacement sent from Franke under warranty. Chaya in Returns was especially helpful and followed up on a timely basis. Would definitely recommend this vendor for future purchases.

My 1000 USD dollar toilet had a broken tank lid when I received it from Quality Bath. The support from Adina was awesome. A new lid was arranged immediately and will be shipped from Kallista to me directly once there is an inventory. Thank you Adina!

Freida at Quality Bath was extremely informative and efficient taking care of my request. The product shipped by the manufacturer was missing parts and she had a replacement part to us in less than a week even though we are on the West Coast. Every step of the way, she kept us apprised of the status of our request. Overall, a pleasure to work with a profession; they are rare these days.

Quick Response to Wrong Product Recieved
January 7, 2022

I ordered about $10k worth of Waterstone pulls and handles. Wasterstone made an error in sending the incorrect appliance pulls. They sent 3" pulls and not 30" (big difference). QualityBath, did not make the mistake, this was 100% on the Waterstone side, but QualityBath quickly responded to my issue and made it right. They were easy to work with. I will order from QualityBath again.

I worked with Josh to purchase a Blanco sink, faucet etc. He was the best! Originally the order was schedule to come later than expected and would have held up the project, but Josh and Tziporah jumped through hoops and all components were delivered on time. I would highly recommend Quality Bath and Josh to anyone who asks.
