She was so nice and felt bad as Ive waited so long for it and handled the situation very quickly and got back to me in just a few hours to tell me they are sending me another one and in half the time. Akiva is very helpful and responsive. Always answered questions promptly. He notified me that a vanity top I ordered would not fit the shape of the vanity exactly so I could revise me order (and get a refund!). A lot of customer reps would not have bothered and just sent what I ordered.

We ordered multiple Lefroy items from Quality Bath. We did an initial review when we first received them and everything looked good. About 2 months later as we were unpacking one of the items and getting ready to install it, we noticed that one of the porcelain handles was cracked. We hadn't noticed it initially because it wasn't fully tightened and the cracked part hadn't been showing. We communicated with Lea in the returns department at Quality Bath and she was able to contact Lefroy and get us a replacement handle at no cost even though it was 2 months beyond the review period. Lea was very prompt, helpful, cordial and easy to work with. We would definitely use Quality Bath again and want to thank Lea for her great service.
I purchased a very expensive Rohl faucet. I had an issue with the finish. Chaya in customer service was of great assistance to me in getting the matter resolved with the manufacturer. Quality Bath has a real gem in Vicky Eisen! I had ordered a farmer's sink from their site back in April, and as it was manufactured in France (and the Covid matter) Vicky let me know it would take up to 12 weeks. I thought no problem, my kitchen won't be nearly done until then. However, Vicky then let me know the French company was having production problems and perhaps I should consider another sink. I did, and WOW, it was in stock, much less in price, and I think just a lovely. Just received it in perfect condition and took it straight away to my cabinet maker. Vicky has been the best at keeping me informed, and just giving the best customer service! If only all companies had Vickys in their repertoire! Answer: They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a custom size. A closer, smaller company (the nearest to me was two hours way by car) simply replied that the company does not offer the size I needed and didn't bother to inquire with the manufacturer. Two other companies I contacted in the same area didn't bother to reply to my inquiry.
