I had trouble with my original order. It was under an account that used a no longer valid email address and I couldn't change it. I started a new account and ordered this camera. Delivery was quick. Finding power for the system was an issue and the instructions referred to non relevant radios.

Worst service on the planet. Ordered several parts to replace a sway bar including the bolts for the mounts. Bolts were backordered so I told them to cancel that part of the order. They refused and said they could not cancel it (lie!). Weeks later they finally get around to sending them. They only sent 3 of 4 bolts. They do not respond to email. They say their hours are 9AM-9PM but when you call they say they are closed and hang up. I will go elsewhere from here on out!

Fast Delivery. I love them 100%. Yes, 100%. They do not look cheap and actually replace the originals ones unlike others where you use tape to attach. I watched a YouTube video on installation and I had them on in less than 10 minutes. I do wish they had more red interior accessories for my 2016 Wrangler JK but I do keep going back to look at new stock.
I think that the overall install experience was okay. It was fairly simple, but I recommend having more that just a hand crank tool, as it would make it quite a bit faster. Having a second person would also help a lot especially with positioning the bar in the last step.
