Wrong part waiting for return call to see if the Correct part is available still have not heard back need part or refund.

Still cheaper than Amazon. So many of the products on Amazon have higher prices to cover all the fees they are hit with.

From ordering to arrival the communication was good. The emails for tracking was on point and will let you know how it fits.

Genuinely disappointed at shipping times, paid for 1-2 day shipping and it took almost a week for the item to be shipped out

I would have liked the actual mounting base on the shifter knob to be made of something other than plastic but it seems to be holding up fine.

Nice website, easy to find Jeep products. I still have to install my product, but since it has arrived it appears to be very high quality and solid.

Good overall experience. I like the fact that my credit card was not charged until the parts were ready to ship. Some other retailers do not do this.

I received the order but there was an item missing from the shipment. Quadratec is working on correcting the issue but has not had success as of yet.
