I ordered a top, some footwell liners and a storm top from Quadratec in June was given a delivery times within a month. Creed back a month later was told everything would be in within the next 2 weeks and I would be sent the items as they arrived. Enquired again yesterday spoke by email (no telephone service and live chat not working again) to arrogant and patronising Cheri who showed less interest in my purchase than a parasitic dieing rat - Cheri then went on to tell me that no one would ever have told me that the they would send the items out immediately (I had only spent an hour on the phone to customers services earlier in the month to get this advice and then again ion live chat after a 3 hr wait) and that now nothing would be sent out until September and all items were on vback order - when I complained she responded Are you sure you want to cancel?', no apology no interest - no customer service, no live chat, no call back, no product - buy from someone who cares - certainly not Quadratec...

Website seemed to be hung up over the weekend. Worked normally on Monday but who wants to wait that long?

The product was a gift so I can't really rate them but always have had a positive experience with Quadratec

They fit perfectly and with all the snow we've had this year they have been a lifesaver for my Jeep.

Quadratec service was great. They even refunded me the difference when these went sale the week after I bought them.

According to customer support, originally entered wrong year, caught it, cancelled and sent proper year, so took longer than expected

Products and order were great. Seems odd that three lightweight identical items had to be shipped in three separate boxes.
