Product does not fit and I need to return it for a refund.

This was a "factory authorized" part and was, therefore, just as the factory intended.

I received an email with a photo of a nice shade for the back of the Jeep. It appeared to be a kit. Instead it was just the fabric. That needs to be painfully clear in the email and the ad. The photo is what sold it, the incomplete product is getting returned

It was very easy to order, and my order arrived very quickly.

Spent $200 for products that were scratched and dented(again). Had to buy some touch up paint before I even installed product.

Everything as expected; as usual from Quadratec!

I really like the look and it did go on nicely.
I am having great difficulty in finding a Bimini top to go along with the windstop. I don't want the bimini pro, but just a bimini that goes over the radio roll bar and hooks into the full door brackets and hooks to the front windshield for a 2004 TJ Unlimited.
I wish to drive this wrangler in the winter. So I don't want air leaks. Also, is there a way to close the air gap between the windstop and the radio roll bar?

The Quadratec site has everything anyone could ever need for their Jeep, very clean UI and expansive catalogue. I've always been able to easily find everything I've ever looked for

Always quick and easy when using Quadratec! The pen worked great and I like the options available to me! A rough abrasive tip to smooth out the area to be painted, a very fine paint tip for intricate work, and a nail polish type tip for slightly larger (scratch) areas. I would buy again if needed. Delivery was fast too!

Initial shipment was missing 1 of the 3 parts - I called customer service and they rectified immediately

The package arrived two days before it was expected. Almost an overnight, without the cost.
