I had a pleasant experience, search found the product, reviews let me know it was correct, ordering was easy.

Excellent very easy to place the order and very fast shipping

The box it came in was torn in multiple places, there were imperfections where the bumper chipped I'm in the process of sanding and priming, During that process I notice some runs in the paint coating as I sanded them turns out there was rust in the runs, I sanded them out and primed it, I order bed liner paint to apply to the whole bumper

Positive. The original package did not come. I was surprised but support remediate the concern.

There was too long of a delay in receiving product. Please don't underestimate shipping days. It was 3 days longer than your invoice said it would be. While I still will order from Quadratec I have also ordered from a competitor and will shop around more. Please get better at getting items to customers.

Easy to navigate website with great descriptions and easy checkout. I love that the website doesn't delete something I add to my shopping cart, that way I can think about it for a few days.

Not good, they sent a wrong part and then shipped the right part usps to save money on shipping and won't be here for a week.

The oil pressure sending unit I ordered was had the wrong plug connection for my Jeep so I sent it back.

As always, great customer service. I have to find something to order next.

One of two Fat 50 ammo cans were damaged.
Your rep was great in sending out a replacement and a return label for the damaged can--which you should have received by now.
I believe you received the can already damaged from your supplier as the box it was shipped in did not have enough scuff/damage indication to been damaged in transit the me.

Easy site to use! Shipping was fast and free which was great also.

My order arrived fine however it was delayed for 4 days. Dont know if it was because of the weather or the truck just took a wrong turn out of the parking lot. I will be installing parts tomorrow and will see then how they fit.

I had to reset my password three times, twice with a Google recommended strong password with account updated, and still wouldn't accept it until I logged in through my Google account. I still don't know if my password is updated on Quadratec's side. UPDATE: products arrive the day after it was scheduled but I wasn't in a rush. Still arrived quicker than expected given supply disruptions. Follow-up on the order was above expectations.
