I don't understand why I'm being charged state sales tax when I don't live in PA. This is the only out of state business that I've seen charge this. I feel it's just a way to get more money from the consumer. Very disappointing to say the least.

I feel that I should have gotten a refund for my trouble and especially should have received "free" shipping since you never sent my shipment after I ordered it!
