My experience with my purchase was good as expected.
Easy checkout and fast delivery - even with current nation-wide shipping issues. Easy to find parts specifically for my JK.
There were problems initially due to billing address and credit details. It took a while to explain to Quadratec's customer service on these issues and it almost 2 weeks to have it all resolve from order to delivery. Once that is resolved, it was smooth sailing.
