The bed is really nice once you figure out the correct amount of air to pump in, otherwise it can feel too firm. The air pump sometimes doesn't want to engage when the knob is turned, but after reinserting the battery a few times, it works. Not a big issue, took it camping for a few days and it works great, doesn't leak air at all and keeps its firmness for days.

Very easy to locate what I needed, for my 2005 Jeep.

Good afternoon, I chose quadtratec because of it's good reviews, my online purchase started well, the item was ordered an shipped promptly. This is when the problem began, when delivered by FedEx, I met the driver, shipping box observation showed no abuse. Once I opened the shipping carton an removed the product in it's mfg. Box it was apparent there was a problem. I had received a recycled product. It apparently had been shipped an return before shipping me. It was apparent because of the tapping of said box an how it was incorrectly boxed. Once opened it was found that the product had various damaged areas an the parts bag was dumped inside the unit. To say the least I was very upset. The incompetence of their return center to allow this to be shipped is unacceptable, when attempt to return the damaged product an have a replacement, I was informed they were out of stock an had a 45 day expected delivery. This was unacceptable as well. Due to the inconvenience of packing an returning the item, I offered them option of discounting the item 50% I would just keep the item an effect repair to it. The CS rep. Agreed to the suggestion an was to verify in the hour. This turned into 24 hours an the reply was a token offer of 20% discount, this after I had forwarded photographic proof. I replied with with detailed explanation an was basically told no an they didn't care. The excuse given, they could return to mfg for full credit, explain the ethics on returning a damaged product by a previous customer before me to the mfg as defective?
I was informed the return authorisation would arrive in two days, unacceptable I demanded it immediately to return the item at once, they complied. Refund is expected once tracking no# provided, will see how that goes. I have purchased high value items from them before, but they have no consideration for my time, I my repack an deliver to FedEx, using my time an gas expense to return there damaged product, they are not compensating me for any of this, not even an apology, it will be a cold day in hades before I support there business again.
