I charged $26 for takeout on a credit card with a 0 bal. On 2/17. On 2/19, cc co. Informed me I had new charges totaling $1800 in travel expenses. I denied them as fraud. Beware! Q-menu is not honest!

I am soooo disappointment in the delivery that did not happen 2/26/22. We were supposed to get our food at 2:45 at 3:50 I called the driver listed on my order and she said the restaurant was real busy and that she would be coming soon. Then I called the restaurant and they said the driver was not there and they weren't busy and our food was ready. I sent someone to pick up the food and then I started checking reviews on this company. I wish I had of done that first! I emailed and asked if they would Please refund my tip since we picked up our own food. I wanted to make sure to write a review along with everyone else's so that people know this was. No a good experience Also I believe the driver was lied when I called and asked about the delivery and she said she was there and it was busy! SHAME

Waited an hour. Food never arrived. Got a text from them saying food was delivered. It wasn't. Looked up qMenu online and found a bunch of people claiming they had been scammed by them. So I called up the restaurant I had allegedly ordered from... the person who answered had no idea what qMenu was and they had never received my order. Immediately called up my bank to dispute the charge. Don't be like me and fall for this scam because you're too hubgry to properly check the site you're ordering from

I placed an order that was canceled because the restaurant I placed the order with was closed. Customer service knew that the restaurant was closed yet took the order anyway, now I have to wait 5 to 10 days from my refund. Do not trust this site.

Food was confirmed to be ready at a certain time. Driver cancelled order because he arrived 20 minutes early and the food wasn't ready. No call from him. No call from the restaurant. Called Qmenu costumer service and they stated the restaurant was telling them the food was ready when the driver got there….which I knew was not true because I had to go to the restaurant myself and reorder my food and they told me the driver just left and decided not to wait for my food. Save your money. It was $20 cheaper to just pick up the food myself. I'll stay far away from Qmenu moving forward.

Warning! Qmenu is a SCAM website that's pretending to be an online order/delivery site. Do NOT give them any payment information. They'll charge your credit card but the restaurant will never receive the order. They also create FAKE WEBSITES to imitate existing restaurants' websites, and when you click to "order", the link takes you to the Qmenu website. I know this because they've created a fake website for a local restaurant near me, and somehow they even got the fake website listed in the restaurant's Google Maps business listing. The (real) restaurant owners can't get Google to do anything to fix the problem & remove the fake/spoof listing. The web address is similar to the real website. If someone doesn't notice it's not the real website, they place an "order" that gets charged to their credit card but the order never gets transmitted to the restaurant. Do a web search for "Qmenu scam", and you'll find discussions about this on Reddit and elsewhere. Qmenu is doing this to a lot of restaurants! Scamming people who think they're placing an online order from a local restaurant, and damaging the restaurant's reputation when a customer thinks the restaurant took their money!
