Wonderful program just wish they had better items to choose from such as devices and tablets, the tablet they have does not function really all that will.

Having Q Link kind of reminds me of dial up Internet! Takes forever to send pics or video. Videos don't stream smoothly. I've had a few dropped calls, and the free laptop they advertise is not free! You have to pay like 10.99 for it and it's probably worth 5.00. Customer service people have been friendly. I give 3 stars for that.

Qlink! Terrible, terrible, down right horrible! I BOUGHT a phone from them and received it and it was defective. Called them the day I received my phone and it wouldn't read the sim or any other sim they sent after. They will not send me another phone or refund my money! NO STARS FOR THIS REVIEW! Calling BBB now to see how to resolve their mistake!

The service is superb no complaints to company the people everything about this company is pleasant I am truly blessed and happy to be connected to the world for free and I'm happy

I had a phone with another company for two years. I simply transferred my service to Qlink and they say I don't qualify when I definitely do qualify. Representatives are very difficult for me to understand because of their heavy accents.

This company is upsetting they do not speak nor understand English very well and that's extremely frustrating than when you ask to speak to a supervisor your on hold for a 2000 hrs smh I am upset by there lack of not caring to hire people who speak English and understands it. How are these people even getting hire if they can't understand english than I ask to speak to a supervisor and she didn't speak English good either this is extremely frustrating that all these people are working for the supposedly government and do not speak English

I run out of data towards the end of every month with Qlink wireless. I know it is a Government subsidized program but Qlink is being paid to giving us unlimited data! Quit turning the data services off! Thank you.

Their mission statement says "Within minutes you will be approved for UNLIMITED Data, Text, Phone, With 4G / 5G on the fastest network" Those are lies. If you want to pay $15 for 1Gig then feel free to sign up. But this company suckers you into 4.5Gig and never turns on the UNLIMITED. Their offices were raided by the FBI and FCC because they are scum of the earth. Why are they aloud to operate in any capacity?
My phone is 5G ready and the only service i get is G... thats right G. Not 4G or 3G. Just "G"... Its ridiculous and they will put you on to their customer service in Pakistan with a script that only says "WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANT DO THAT, OR HELP YOU, YOU HAVE TO BUY A PACKAGE OR MINUTES"
DONT GET THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE LIARS!

The only and I mean the only reason I even bothered applying for this EBT service was for the unlimited data because internet is expensive and impossible to upkeep in my area. It says Unlimited Data, Text, and Call. They've now cut my data off twice at the 30 something mark in the middle of the month. If it's not unlimited, stop calling it unlimited. I've read people who called and got it turned back on. Instead, they refused to turn my data back on even though it's supposed to be UNLIMITED. I feel sorry for anyone who actually paid for anything from them because their products are 0 out of 10 in quality and they straight up lie about their plan which I would think regardless if it's free or not, be legal. It's ridiculous I have to wait 20 days to get my data back.

This is my 2 nd qlink sim card I was happy with the first one but some other cellular co tricked me and disconnected my phone. Q link approved me for a2 nd 1 love the free service thank you

It is a big help to have phone service. We have 2 kids in the house and they play games when I drive. It keeps them safely in their seats.

I loved being with Qlink. In some areas it won't pick up, but it really is free everything. Only things I didn't like was the tablet and phone were horrible. Bring your own phone and it's great.

Two weeks and no problemos. Yep so far I've only had it on now I less than 20 days and no issues it all works. Thank you Q link

The fact that we are in a time in our country where gas prices are through the roof and food expenses as well as rent. This program is a breath of fresh air for anyone just getting by or barely getting by, as a newly single woman i had to rebuild and start over, i'm so thankful

I love the service with the unlimited helps alot. Free isn't always the best although I haven't experienced much dropped calls or wifi errors.
