There is no way that many people had their credit card info used. Some of you say they charged 4000-6000 on your card. If you even had that kind of money or credit, your stupid $#*! would buy the real thing. You probably are charging all that yourself and trying to get your bank to reimburse you. Con artist.

I have always purchased real Louie Vuitton purses. I thought I would take a chance and see what was being offered since all the reviews were so great. I am so glad that I did. I cannot believe how authentic my purchase is. I will surely be purchasing again and my friends will be also. Purse valley is the best. Unbelievable!

Read many positive reviews so ordered a LV bag last month. Said warehouse moving and now all emails are undeliverable. Phone is not answered either. So very disappointed. Pray Wells Fargo will Credit me.

I must say I have never gotten such great customer service or received such a beautiful handbag in record time My Kimono bag "Luis Vuitton " is perfect! Every detail looks just like it should! I cannot wait to reorder more for the holidays! I will never order from anyone else and they take American Express they wouldn't if they didn't start d behind there products and service!

Like everyone, I dealt with the emails about the warehouse, the disconnecting of the website, calling a # that says you are the next customer and then hangs up ect ect.

But on Aug. 11 I got a tracking # via email from *******@pursevalleymail.cn.
And I finally got my purse last night!

The customer service (or lack there of) was really disappointing as no one should have to stress over a delivery especially with the amount of $$$ everyone has paid Purse Valley for their products. That being said--the purse itself looks fantastic, came neatly packaged, and feels like great quality.

Hope this gives other customers some hope that they will actually get their packages. The stress because of how much $$$ was spent sucks. :(

My Louis Vitton purse is a show stopper. Party goers spotted it & lavished praise on this beautiful bag. Not that's why I bought it, but the compliments were an unexpected perk. While it took a few weeks to arrive, it was WAY worth the wait. The PurseValley representatives stayed in constant contact, sending multiple updates on the status of my order. Great shopping experience!

Have ordered from them in year's past with no problems, however those days are over I guess. They've disappeared off the face of the internet... no more web site and emails come back undeliverable.
I did a wire transfer and am now having my bank go after them for the money.

I also placed an order in Purse Valley on June 12,2017 and waited for a long 3months? These people were telling me about them moving to another warehouse, that's why shipment was delayed. If you are a person that has always ordered from this site have some faith? Today is September 26,2017 and my purse arrived. I was not send an email with a tracking? Which is unusual from Purse Valley cause they always secure your package. My purse was delivered by surprise? I had also lost hoped and thought I had lost my money. So just have lots of patience people! They will deliver to you once everything is cleared out. I am a totally happy person and my bag is beautiful like all of their bags I have ordered. Looks just like the real one!

I have ordered so many items from them and adore this site! My items are legitimately the exact same as the real thing- they even count the amount of threads in the real and match it to the replica! It's illegal to have such high quality replicas sold( it's ok to buy-Fyi) but if your gonna not pay the money for the real thing, than yes there's a chance your item may get lost in transit- I personally have never had an issue! There customer service is also amazing/ they always call me after I got my items just to make sure they arrived! Plus they told me well in advance how the name will appear on my credit card statement etc! I'm sorry if you have had a bad experience but I have recommended this site to every person I know and will continue to do so! Amaze!

I purchased a watch just before the Chinese New Year (directly on some guys card, which was the weirdest way to pay for something) so instead of sending the purchase out, I had to wait for 2 weeks. Then one single message arrives - item is not in stock and I got offered some very ugly watches, none alike at all. I declined the replacement and provided some other options. But ever since, I got no response at all. It seems that I lost my 300 eur, but I will fight because THIS SITE IS A FRAUD AND SCAM!

This company is awful to deal with! They ask you for your credit card both online and in phone calls then send you countless email telling you to Western Union, Money Gram or Bit Coin to pay for you item. Why do they need your personal information and your credit card number(s) if you can't pay that way. In today's world of identity theft avoid obvious red flags. Something is seriously wrong with this place. The only reason it has one star from me is because I couldn't leave zero stars.

Buyer Beware. Something very stranger about site and only excepting Western Union for payments. They originally told me I could pay with Visa or Western Union later on changing terms. When speaking to customer service I expressed concerns about customer protection if order was not shipped or issues with merchandise. If the order was not received I would be protected with credit card insurance vs. paying basically with cash. HORRIBLE Customer service! I would be vary wary about company who only expects bank payments. If they go out of business, don't ship or have issue with product or change website or company name for the 3rd time you are pretty much SOL. This is not a customer friendly business.

I bet a lot of people have come across this blogger - Eva - who raves endlessly about this site while researching replica bags. I'm sure she/he gets a big cut of the share of the profit when she directs people to this site (because she's an affiliate). I'm here to tell you guys, she deletes comments that makes the site sound bad.

There are SO many negative reviews about this site but not a single one on Eva's blog from commenter. Really?

They made excuse after excuse as to why my order wasn't shipping. First, they told me to pick something else out, because what I ordered wasn't available after all. Then, after waiting another week or two, they said the replacement didn't pass quality control. When I emailed them asking what exactly was going on, they cancelled my order. I then start getting multiple phone calls every day from my credit card company asking about potentially fraudulent charges... In England, Eastern Europe, all over the place. I had approximately 10 fraudulent charges for everything from shopping to food. I would never attempt to purchase anything else from them.

Don't order anything from their new website "look7a" I'm sure it's their website cause I've ordered before and I could login with my old account. I ordered a purse and paid with paypal but never received a confirmation email while the payment went through right a way. After 2 days I checked the order status and it was Cancelled! I emailed them couple times and tried to contact them different ways they have on their website but no response. It says 24 hours customer service?!?! Now I'm trying to dispute the amount. Just stay away!

I'm so happy with my product. I bought rolex gmt master ll.its looks so real. I'm glad that I didn't listen to other who said bad things about purse valley. Awesome experience and amazing customer service. I'm going order more stuff from them with my eyes close. 5star for sure. Keep it up good work purse valley

This was my first time purchasing something from this company and I must admit I was a little worried being that it's an overseas company. The quality of service was outstanding from beginning to end, they were in touch with me on the full delivery process to the moment it was in my hands I will definitely order again from this company.

I ordered 2 bags from Purse Valley. There was some communication via email prior to the delivery and I was always assisted with a prompt response. My international delivery arrived within a week. The products are just as described and are immaculate replicas. I am so happy with the service provided by Purse Valley and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Purchased the saint laurent classic monogram satchel beige. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews but fell in love with this bag and decided to take a chance. Once I received the bag (on the date as promised) I slowly opened the package and was sooooo happy! Very impressed, perfection. The only difference between Purse Valley Saint Laurent vs Real is the inside lining being tan and not the true Saint Laurent black. I ordered a two different watches at two different times. These watches are designed for people who cannot afford the real thing but like the designs or don't want a real one due to theft. They are homage watches that keep time just like a Seiko or Citizen watch. Nothing more. I bought a Tag Heuer Monaco Calibre 36 and a Patek Philippe Nautilus. Both were excellent quality and only an expert watch collector could tell the difference. They both keep excellent time. They have good movements inside that most inexpensive watches have all Made In Japan or Japanese designs. I did contact customer service and they responded by email within a few days. I was unable to reach them by phone though. I haven't been in- boxed with any promotional emails and no fraudulent use of my credit card whatsoever. I'm buying another watch right now. Any doubts, just use a credit card from a bank with a good fraud division. They all have dispute departments.

I ordered and paid via e-check! No problems and pretty fast delivery! 10 days! Quality is really okay for the price. I would definitely recommend! It's not a scam site and those people offer great costumer service. I signed up for delivery informations via text message and it worked out fantastic! I'm very happy
