All great, except wish we could see the cart and make changes to quantities without removing the item and then going back a couple of screens to add it back on. This matters to us as we live in Canada so we try to maximize the weight of our order to the most possible before USPS jumps up to the next (substantially) higher amount.

This was my first time ordering from PureBulk.com. The order process was simple, the prices were good, and the order arrived just in a few days in perfect condition. For added protection, the bulk bags were packed in a customized box that fit perfectly inside the bubble wrap mailer.

So far so good, large product selection at good price. Received the shipment quickly and everything was in order. Have begun using the products and they seem to be good quality. Would have no concern ordering again or referring your products.

Your website is very difficult to browse, it is extremely slow and wasted too much of my time. Your prices are fair and compatible with your competition, you need to make your website customer friendly

Always easy to find and purchase. When one compares the price asked to similar products found online - even Good Old Amazon - how ridiculous to go elsewhere! The supplement [beta-sitosterol] is a perfect example of the value of shopping here!

Wanted some more info if this is what Dr. Oz had on his show of Nov. 11. But just could not open that show. I know that there is Holy Basil and Holy Basil (Tulsi). Don't know which verion I got. You called it L-Carnitine Base.
Using it now, time will tell if it works.

There was a small slit in the bag which looked intentional. Purebulk offered me a full refund which I turned down realising that this slit was probably done by either US or UK customs to test the product which is no fault of the supplier.

I liked the quick delivery. The items seemed fresh, not clumpy, therefore I really liked the quality of all 3 products I ordered. I have ordered several times before and had all my questions answered satisfactorily, and was happy with those orders as well. Thank you.

Love these products and the fact they are what they say they are! Only thing I wish is that items had more of a description... such as zinc... there are quite a few different kinds. Instead of having to research outside of this webpage, I just wish there was a little more informative knowledge on the difference of this or that. That's my only opinion. Not worth docking starts though :)

Website is buggy. Won't allow user to save separate billing and shipping addresses. Also, won't allow any final changes (that could not be saved at another point) to be saved unless Place Order button is clicked, which is too late. Website needs more functionality to make & save changes, along with a final confirmation page where the user can check all saved entries PRIOR to clicking the Place Order button.

I got the caps about 3 days before the estimated time, which was wonderful! I have only one complaint and that is some of the caps were crushed. Some are missing either the top or the bottom, which I will probably find when I get to the bottom of the bag - so no big deal!

The website is easy to use and order from. I received the products sooner than expected. I will be returning to get more products soon. There is no way to get some of these products, like vitamin C, at these low prices. We get a kilo and it lasts a long time for my wife and I.

The products sold by Pure Bulk are of the highest quality. The only thing I find a bit expensive is the price of international postage. $13.50 for a 25g pouch. Maybe this can be improved and I would probably order more often.

So happy to find this product for such a great price. For the tablets I would have ordered for my dog I would have paid almost 600.00 as opposed to 11.00 for your bulk powder! And no additives to aggravate her allergies! Thanks!
