Notwithstanding the challenging situation posed by COVID-19, PureBulk performed poorly in comparison to other vendors. Delays of many weeks were encountered during processing and delivery. Communications were poor and costs were high. I will not be using PureBulk again.
I am very impressed with the wonderful service! Everyone treated me as though I was the only person they had to deal with... and as a friend :) All were very considerate, and got my order out to me right away. Definitely would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for the items they carry.

It was easy to fine the product for which I was looking. Even Better since all the websites I've searched have not carried it! The product was packed well and arrived before I was expecting it. I hope the caffeine is still available the next time I need it. Every other website has allowed me to order 1 package and then don't carry any more!
Unfortunately I reside outside of the USA in I reland which I imagine makes my input of less value than an internal order. I like powder supplements without the undesirable additives. There is also the fact that there are supplements available which are not easily obtained in Europe as well as the cost differential, which unfortunately has been greatly eroded by the strengthening of the dollar against the Euro.
1) A greater selection of supplements.
2) powder form.
3) Generally better price.
4) Speedy delivery.
I've received the hyaluronic acid, and have been using it. I think I'll have to use it a while longer before I can say that it's helped or not. Also the dosage is hard to gauge so I've ordered a set of spoons so as to be more accurate. Thank you for asking.

While I did call your customer service number to ask about the right weigh machine, I did not inquire what tool I should have ordered with the powder product - it's hard to exactly pick up the powder product with precision for weighing. Ugh

The product is fine, well packaged and it seems of high quality. It came to my country (Spain) in less than 2 weeks, without any delivery problem.
BUT the lack of spoons or something to measure the product is a big deal in my opinion. They should be included in the bag.
The prices look great and the site was very easy to use, I'm just not sure about the discount for shipping to Canada. It isn't clear to me whether that was applied already and the18 I'm paying takes that into account or not. Either way, much cheaper than I could buy here. Thanks!
Was contacted by a Purebulk representative and they corrected the issue and applied a 25% discount as advertised on Facebook for Easter.

I received three free samples with my purchase that I didn't request. Two of the free samples were for products I don't know anything about and no information about their use was included. I would prefer not receiving any free samples when there is not information included about how to use them. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase from and interactions with Pure Bulk. It's great that the product I was looking for is offered in its pure form, no fillers or strange ingredients. I loved that I could choose the format of how I got the product, vegetarian capsules, gelatin capsules, or just powder. Not only that but purebulk offers the product from a more uncommon and high-quality source at a very good price.
The site is a little confusing to navigate, but not bad.
But, of course, since I'm in Canada, the shipping cost is pretty high and it took over two weeks to receive the product. But based on the quality of the product and the fact that purebulk is giving control back into the hands of the consumer, I will definitely buy again.

I'm hopeful that the biotin I ordered from PureBulk is 95% or more PURE and that the shipping method keeps the product safe from exposure to light, excessive heat or other damage.

As a European resident, I tend to mostly prioritize non US vendors, however, with a few searches on various 'supplement review sites', I decided to try out PureBulk since they are cGMP registered, have a broad range of items to choose from and their prices are very cheap compared to other distributors.
Long story short, I was not disappointed!
