Purebulk

Hi, I have been a Purebulk customer since Timothy's was the voice on the other end of my phone call:)
I have been very pleased with my experiences, which have at times involved more than order taking, filling
and delivery. My wish would be for expansion of the product line, and discounted multiple item purchases;
say, 5 x 1 kilo bags. For some supps. I purchase, I have needed to seek other sources.

I love the website layout but the pure bulk logo on the top left corner needs improvement lol it is very boring and it could be really super cool and make me love this website even more but still a nice experience, I just hope that you aren't using synthetic ingredients in your powders or else my health will decay and my money will be wasted...

You always have the highest quality bulk minerals. I had tried to save a few $$$ by shopping at your competitors website, bulksupplements.com, but got stuck with a VERY inferior and contaminated product. They sell chinese-bulk garbage with, evidently, ZERO quality control. Sorry! What a waste. I will stay loyal to PUREBULK!

Everything was 5 star except delivery time, but that was not the fault of PureBulk.
The company shipped right away by ground transportation but the truck was held up
In Idaho because of the floods in the Western US. All my previous orders were very
Fast in delivery times. So I blame mother nature for this one.

I haven't tried the product yet, so unable to comment of quality. However, I am very pleased with the service received from PureBulk, speed of delivery and price. I will definitely order from you guys again in the future. Thanks!

You have a great selection of products, some i have had dificulity finding in the past. I am so happy to find a one stop bulk nutrients shop which houses all the specific supplements that i'm looking for. I look forward to many more purchases in the future.

Good prices, even before the 25% off sale (I was looking at other sites for comparison). Thank you for having a conversion chart for easy reference while I was selecting a scale, and thank you for making the initially rubbish "smidgen, pinch, dash" spoons better with actual volume equivalents (a dollar a spoon? And I can leave it dedicated with the powders? SURE).

Pure Bulk is my primary source of the natural raw materials for my products. Hope it will stay for a long time. My only wish is to extent your catalog to be my single supplier. For example, currently, in addition to other compounds, which I order from Pure Bulk, I need Aloe Vera extract powder, which I had to buy from another company.

This was my first order and I am very happy with the product and the company.
They even sent a measuring spoon to help out with the small measurements.
Everything went as I expected and I will be ordering in the future.

Except for having to enter as a guest because using my registered account became a hassle. This time there was a small hole in one of the packages and product was all over the inside of the big box. Not a lot but still a mess.

First order, and so not able to judge delivery and quality of product yet.

I have now received products. All arrived more quickly than I though they would and packaged safely.

I had one phone inquiry and that was answered quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Very easy site to use. My order of 00 capsules was shipped in an envelope which led to many being crushed and cracked. I found 12 bad out of 96 capsules I made. I think capsules should be shipped in a box for protection against damage.

This is such an amazing website, if this transaction goes well & the product is as good as I expect you will a customer for life.

I guess the one thing that is negative, is the servings per container/package, Etc. It's vague in the shopping process but often shows up on the package I order, which is valuable information, to get an idea of what size I'd need to order and obviously how long it will last and cost per serving.
Other than that, I have no beefs at all.

I had questions that the time was taken to answer them all courteously. So great customer service and positive attitude. The products are affordable as every day it seems like prices are going up. I appreciate the email response also recieved in a timely manner to a question I had. Thank you.

Love the sale price... it was the deciding factor to choose this site over another.

Everything i ordered came. They tasted horrible, would have been nice to know the taste and smell and mixibility. They DO NOT come with individuals scoops to accurate serving sizes.
