Thanks; your company is my number one source for health care, which starts early and continues forever. Working an extra bit to save money by self-packaging my vitamins and nutrients is only the start of my list of satisfaction with Pure Bulk. By packaging your pure products in capsules, I know exactly what goes in my body. No fillers, excipients or capsule forming and releasing chemicals. Also, I like to stay organic with food and nutrients, thus whenever I come across genetically modified foods or nutrients, I reject them outright. I have not found, to my knowledge of your products, any GMO materials in your offerings.

Before I placed an order I emailed this company with some questions and my questions were answered promptly. With customer service like that and reasonable prices for their products it was logical to do business with this company. Follow up isn't necessary but welcomed.

Got stuck on the shipping option page. I did not choose the payment method and the page just refreshed without telling me what the error was. Also - no explanation of what the $4.99 fixed rate shipping is or isn't.

Your privacy policy pages weren't accessible... discouraging. Site is somewhat slow. Product selection and pricing and website info are very good to excellent. Website ordering, shipping, tracking, email confirms, delivery time all were excellent.

Awesome. However, I would like to see more items available in capsules. I would have purchased: Magnesium Glycinate, Milk Thistle, Psyllium, White Kidney Bean Extract, etc. if you had them in caps.

Its a shame your system cant amend orders by adding product to an existing order, you can only take items off. Apart from that, great service, great product, love how the new Packaging at the top it has what each product is good for ie. Brain functiuon, muscle recovery, Also its awesome that you provide the little measuring spoons in the order.

Kept saying that my credit card address didn't match and so it wouldn't authorize my payment. Haven't moved or changed addresses for the last 3 orders! I had to use a different credit card thats not mine to make it work. Way too much hassle to order again.

This was my first purchase. Overall - I am extremely pleased with the website, the service and the products. I was particularly impressed with the customer service that I rec'd when I called with a question. However, no company will ever get so good that there is no room for improvement. I would like to see "pharmaceutical grade" listed on as many products as possible, with an explanation on the website of why - if a particular product is not listed as "pharmaceutical grade". I would also like to know how and where each product is sourced. I would like to see packaging that can be more easily or securely re-sealed (if it did not increase prices - although it is easy to re-package into empty bottles or tubs after it arrives). And of course, a larger selection with lower prices would likely be appreciated by any customer (without limits). However, based on my single purchase to date - I give 5 stars. Kudos and TY.

Finding majority of what I needed especially reviewing other sites about how customers liked purebulk, there are some products that I need which were not available to make my own supplement complete. I now wish purebulk had flavorings that I could add to my product to make them taste better, but I've been making my own supplements for a few weeks now and feel better pumps and focusing aspects while in the gym.

Very disappointed
August 23, 2018

Very disappointed. I have ordered in the past and had not issues. However I ordered 3 different items and only received 2; when I called to ask about my item I was told I had to send them my invoice, explain what happened and THEN they would ship the item out. I told them I no longer needed that particular item so I asked for a refund; only refund available was a credit on my pure bulk account. OK fine. Well my next order was placed and thought I would receive the credit; NOPE! I was just charged the full amount of this order. I am not happy one bit about this process and will more than likely find another avenue for my supplies.

Hi Alden, I hope all is well. With all the misinformation and marketing gimmicks on the market it can be difficult to make healthy choices when it comes to dietary supplements. I've recently started a strength and toning regiment with a goal of losing 50lbs and will be using your protein powder to support my dietary needs. I really like how Purebulk just gives you the facts about what your buying without a lot of hype. The site is very easy to navigate and made my shopping experience convenient and enjoyable.

I've made multiple orders and every time product arrives in great shape. I use the bagged product which is packaged in top quality, laminated bags that are airtight and always sealed completely. Great products at great prices.

I've been a customer for over 5 years, and purchased a lot of product. Customer service is outstanding; From the website as it has evolved, to e-mail response and phone contact addressing issues and concerns perfectly.

The minor complaint that I have is: the packaging: the zip-lock closure part of the bags fall apart, usually
With little use. The zip baggies I use to put the original bag in functions with only an occasional replacement
After long use, and those are disposable.

I have ordered from PureBulk.com multiple times and have always been pleased. It is easy, the prices are great, and they ship immediately. Wikibuy Chrome extension found a 10% off coupon that it applied to the order making the price even better. Out of all of my orders, there was a mistake one time. When I called them, they immediately shipped out the correct bags and told me not to bother sending back the wrong ones! Easy!

The best bulk supplement place period. Even for Canadians. Even though shipments get stuck in LAX customs for a few days the shipping time is very reasonable. And no taxes/duties! Very satisfied customer.

One complaint
October 29, 2014

One complaint - and this is the second time in 2 deliveries I have seen it: once for myself and once in a colleague. The internal contents of delivery were all intact but the external box was absolutely mangled. Since the contents were just well sealed packets of powder there is little to damage, but if there were more fragile or solid objects they would have surely been broken.

You might look into whether the USPS is opening your deliveries as they might resemble drugs on xray. And if so to alert your clients of this possibility.

Your website is definitely quite user friendly and easy to navigate, although it would be nice if there were links to the test results from the third party labs testing your products. Just out of curiosity, could you possibly send me some info on both the third party testers and the results from products I bought? If it would make it easier for you, I'll gladly send a list of the products of which I'm inquiring.
