I'm extremely pleased with my fur baby. However, upon arrival and 1st vet check she had Giardia, which was determined by the vet that due to the amount in stool, she had it prior to arrival to me. The initial paperwork said she passed as "negative", but I've been spending a lot of money on vet bills to get her over it. On the other hand she's super smart and I love her beyond words. I just wish more would have gone in to check for this and also precautions taken care during transport to make sure no other dogs were effective. That is really my only complaint, but it's heart breaking to see her go thru it and the fact that no matter how cautious I was about cleaning up her stool, I ended up with it and had to pay for my medical bills as well; it is very difficult because I have an auto immune disorder. I purchased her to be trained for my epilepsy and PSD pet for my PTSD. I've spent a lot of money, but Puppy Spot has been MOST helpful and understanding.
The PuppySpot process was remarkably easy. They had a huge selection and when I called for information, they were very helpful in answering my questions as well as walking me through the process. My dog arrived healthy and happy and we are so thrilled with him. He is such a cutie!
Everything that was promised came through. There was excellent communication and we are thrilled with our cavapoo. She was obviously handled very well and her delivery and instructions and gift package were terrific. Any questions I had, including after she arrived, were answered immediately. PuppySpot is a wonderful place to get a puppy. My Cavapoo "Grady" now Milo, is the sweetest. He was delivered on time. He was very very smelly but that was an easy fix. It's hard to believe the negative reviews. Because I have always had great communication and all of my Questions were answered whenever I reached out. I believe the prices were fair because you get what you pay for. I wanted a healthy Puppy and I received just that. I'm very thankful to puppy spot for helping me get Milo.
Puppy Spot should pride themselves on having amazing communication when it comes to picking out a puppy, payment, down to transport and delivery! I knew every step that was going to happen and was well informed! Customer Service is amazing and replies quickly to your concerns and questions. The process was seamless and our puppy, Abe (f/k/a Bobby), is absolutely perfect. Although we had no contact with Abe's breeder prior, she contacted us immediately after his arrival to make sure all was well. All could not be more well. We love Abe!
The two sisters I got are adorable but both had Giardia upon arrival that took many weeks to heal. We also found it a bit odd that delivery had to take place in a parking lot, and not directly from breeder, leaving in question if a puppy mill.
One puppy was 5 lbs less than her sister and was the sickest.
Thankfully they are both happy and healthy now, enjoying their new home

Finding this adorable puppy was so easy the only thing is that it took so long to get him. The other requirement of pet insurance according to my vet is a waste of money as it is rarely used.
