Punchbowl

I've used punchbowl for about 20 years now! And I'm not gonna lie, I browse other party invitations online every now and then. But after checking everything out, I still go with punchbowl year after year. And I plan a lot of parties! Bridal shower, birthday parties, galentine night, potlucks, etc. The party execution is just so easy with punchbowl!

It says the cards are free, but to send a card you have to buy a subscritpion.
So what is free about that?
They say the cards have advertisements on them unless you buy the expensive subscription.
Who would want pay for a card for someone and then have it come with advertisements.
They tell you the cost: will be X$ per month. They never say they will charge your card for a whole year up front. My one "FREE" card cost cost $60. I was able to get a refund. But they refuse to make the true facts more visible so others aren't cheated.

Punchbowel is a fantastic website.
I am able to connect each morning with my granddaughters before they leave for school. I can encourage friends who are going through a difficult time. Sending Birthday wishes is a snap. I can send more thank you card to friends. The service is outstanding. They reply quickly to any problems I have with cards. Love, love, love this company. Highly reccomend.

I am so glad I purchased a subscription with Punchbowl, especially during these times of not being able to easily connect with family and friends. I have been able to send digital invitations via text, email and social media; receive RSVPs; and send Thank You notes to the same guest lists. Because of Punchbowl, we have successfully held two VERY well-attended virtual family gatherings - there is even a spot to include a Zoom link on the invitation. I have also been able to send several greeting cards with special messages and warm regards to family. I especially like that I can purchase a gift card and send it right through the site. I am soooo glad I found Punchbowl and highly recommend.

You were just free, but you didn't say that you were now charging a membership to use the free invites now, mwhen it was opened up and I created an invite. If you make changes, in the terms we first read, but you didn't flash an update or send us an email to say changes. Good luck to in the future, I don't use you enough to be restricted on paying one year at a time. If it was on s month by month differently. There are other sites the same. If I would use it often, I would subscribe. But, once or twice maybe a year. Sorry, to lose you.!

Punchbowl is a terrific way to send invitations to family/friends/anyone and design them e a toy how you want! You can see when they read your invite and ability to send messages back and forth regarding the event. You can send announcements and choose who to send it to if you'd rather not send to all invitees. It keeps tabs on who's attending or not attending your event. You can make changes as needed. Very user friendly! I will definitely use again for my next event! Thank you!

Punchbowl made it so easy to first create super cute invites for my daughter's 4th bday, and then it made it super easy to send them out and keep track of the people that were going to the party. It was very convenient and simple to use, over all a great app!

I've used Punchbowl for years to invite people to our parties! I love to host parties and this is a great way to get everyone to join us. The themes to choose from is incredible just about any type of party you can think of it has a template to get you started. Card parties, pool parties, murder mysteries and so much more! The app is easy to use and when adding by phone number and text invites made it even better! You can even do sign ups for a potluck party! I use this for every party I throw!

I wrote to Punchbowl 2 days ago to let them know that my invitee list was not fully displaying and showing "Loading" for the entire 2nd half of my invites.

I did receive a response that IT would look at it "soon," and they offered a couple band aids which do not give me the real time accessibility needed. I don't understand what "soon" means since we are just shy of 48 hours, and it is not fixed, nor has Customer Service responded to any further emails, or FB message.

Not being able to see, and make connections with my invitees in real time makes the use of this app futile. I am hoping by posting here it will get Punchbowl's attention, they will fix the app asap... after all they are a Tech company. Otherwise, I have a contract for services that are not being performed.

Looking forward to hearing from Punchbowl in reply and then can rate accordingly.
