I have used Punchbowl for various invitations and announcements for years. The selection is amazing and personalizing events is super easy. I love the email and text option as well as the ease of seeing responses.
It was great no writing invitations no counting guest everything done for you. I can add guest and communicate with my guest. I love making my own invitations. I cost is lower than invitation and stamps.
I was excited to use Punchbowl to send invitations to my daughters birthday party. It was my first experience with the app and I really liked the option they give you on sending your invitations. I even sent one to myself just to see how it would look and I was pleased. They also give you the option after the event to send thank you cards. I really recommend it.
I love using Punchbowl for invitations. The paper selection is always great. Even though the invitations are not free, it is still a great value for the money. When I need to do a group invite, it is so easy.
I've been using Punchbowl for 3 years and can always find amazing invitations with the movie & book characters my daughter loves (Clifford, Dora, Toy Story 4)! It's so easy, connects with your contacts so you can send the invitation via text or email, see if they've viewed it, and even manage RSVPs. Love this app and will definitely continue using it :)
My wife and I used Punchbowl to create invitations to our sons graduation party - I expected that at the end of designing the invitation ( which did look nice) that I would be hit up to be charged to send the invitations ad free - fine, fair enough - however, I thought I was being charged $30 and instead was charged $83! Plus I can't log in to the account to check if anyone responded - I get a message that the email that my payment receipt was sent to is not a valid account. Say what? I tried calling and the answering machine says that only emails to *******@punchbowl.com will get a response. RIght. What century will I receive a response? And I read other posts who say that they can't cancel - they keep getting charged. What a mess. JUST. STAY. AWAY. I wish I'd found this site before I became a victim.
I've used Punchbowl for numerous occasions and have been pleased every time. The options of card e-vites to choose from are great and the invitations are very easy to manage as far as customizing, sending, adding guests, sending reminders, etc. I would recommend!

I use punchbowl a couple times a year, its perfect for sending a card when you forgot to buy one or having a party - you can see who opened the invite and keeps track of rsvp's. Its customizable, I love punchbowl- worth the money
I wanted to have a great invite for a business meeting. I honestly never used Punchbowl and more importantly, hadn't heard of it. I am SO glad I found it! It was user friendly, easy, seamless, and professional. I will always use moving forward!
I really appreciate having the pretty Christmas invitations to send to volunteers of our Non-profit. Having free invitations to send electronically is wonderful--and works for us! I have used Punchbowl for these invitations at least 5 years, and it is very easy to use and helps me greatly. RSVP feature, and Potluck links are very helpful.
Pre-Covid I used Punchbowl many times and was pleased. But post-Covid my CC and PW got into the hands of scammers. I received 4 fraudulent charges on my credit card. The scammers even had my password which was unique to Punchbowl. Check your CC statement! I don't know if they were hacked or were involved in the fraud but I will NEVER trust Punchbowl again.

Punchbowl was super easy to use and they had great designs. My guests thought it was super easy to use as well and enjoyed the convenience of having the invite on their phone. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to use phone contacts that were on hand rather than having to go through and find addresses.
Genius concept. I love these invites. Sadly, only females rsvp. The men invited Did not comprehend why or how to open the invites. I had to personally re invite all the men to my party.
They all showed up. Hopefully next party they understand to open the card / invite.
I've used Punchbowl for our Corporate events four times. The site is very user friendly and the designs are great! Love that you can change colors and fonts. The most special touch is that on the front of the envelope we used our logo as the postage stamp, VERY COOL!
This invite not user friendly- could to cancel free trial. Wasn't worried, since they said it was only a few dollars a month. When I tried to cancel, my recorded password didn't work and I was locked out. Canceled after 2 weeks and they charged for a year. Unusable.
We'd like to clarify that we do not charge customers after they have canceled their membership. Customers have a 7-day trial period when they sign up for a membership. If a customer finds that they no longer want or need membership benefits, they have the opportunity to cancel within 7 days before their account is charged. We also have a 30-day money-back guarantee and are happy to offer a refund within that window.
Super easy to use, excellent features. Improvement suggestion: On the Announcements and on the address, have a option to enable the link for maps app. We can type the address manually on our maps app, but will be better if the users can just click on the link.
