It says the cards are free, but to send a card you have to buy a subscritpion.
So what is free about that?
They say the cards have advertisements on them unless you buy the expensive subscription.
Who would want pay for a card for someone and then have it come with advertisements.
They tell you the cost: will be X$ per month. They never say they will charge your card for a whole year up front. My one "FREE" card cost cost $60. I was able to get a refund. But they refuse to make the true facts more visible so others aren't cheated.
