On September 27,2024, I purchased a pair of RS-X Efekt Lux Women's Sneakers from Sport Vision (Buzz) in Kalamata, Greece. Unfortunately, from the very first time I wore them, I experienced a severe allergic reaction on the soles of my feet — including tiny blisters, intense itching, redness, and swelling, symptoms consistent with contact dermatitis or anaphylaxis. This reaction was highly unusual for me, as I rarely, if ever, suffer from allergies. I contacted PUMA customer service (*******@puma. Com) to report the issue and requested to return the shoes and receive a replacement pair that would not cause a reaction. Instead, I was offered a €50 gift card to use at a European PUMA store or online at PUMA. Com. I found this response both disappointing and dismissive. It showed little regard for the fact that a product they manufactured caused a serious health issue, requiring me to undergo antihistamine treatment and endure several days of intense discomfort. Offering a token voucher while ignoring the underlying problem — that the materials used may be harmful to some consumers — felt unprofessional and trivializing. I was not asking for compensation, but for accountability and a responsible resolution. I expected better from a globally recognized brand like PUMA. Sadly, this experience has eroded my trust in their products and their customer care.
I purchased the Vikky v3 Women's Wide Sneakers. I am so disappointed in this product. I have purchased Pumas in the past and loved them, but these have such an awful quality. I have worn them just about three months and they are completely falling apart. The insoles and interior sides have almost entirely disappeared and pieces of plastic are now cutting into my heels and destroying all of my socks. I contacted Puma about this and they said there was nothing they could do because they claimed it wasn't a manufacturing issue. Shoes shouldn't fall apart like that.
Sized incorrectly, won't offer exchanges, returns process is a full time job. Customer service is the worst I've dealt with in my life. I'm not a boomer... and they are so bad at their jobs, they made me feel like one.
They were a gift for my daughter. In four weeks of wear, they look horrible. I expected a higher quality considering the advertising made and the rather high price.
I bought a pair of beach sandals and it was obvious that one was defective. It broke, but the other one was perfect. I contacted the company and even sent photos, but after corresponding back and forth about 4 times they didn't do anything for me. Poor product and even worse customer service.
Got a $100 shoe for my very careful teen. They wore it for 4 days just to school without PE and showing signs of worn out. I went to the store on day 32 as it was far off and it's holiday season, they decline return and or exchange as no shoe was worn. It was a very clean piece and there was no way for her to tell had I not told them. Finally they agreed even exchange and I could only like a $30 shoe that I evened out for $100. Bought a hoodie - the zipper would not work,. So, I tried to return it being well within the required timeframe - The sent a QR code - didn't work at any of the three locations in my area... so they sent another - that did not work either...So then they said they would send fedex a return label and to let them know what time would work...which I did but I received no confirmation response to that...So I sent another e mail, and the response was:.We will be happy to issue a call tag. A FedEx driver will bring a preprinted return label and pick up the package. Please note that the return should be properly packaged before the pickup. Please provide the information: The reason for the return The pickup address If the pickup address is business or residential The pickup date The earliest and latest time for pickup - To which I responded immediately BUT no acknowledgement, so I sent an e mail asking if I should expect Fedex today - only response was: it takes 7–10 business days to receive the requested printed label.Your refund will process within 10 business days after delivery to our facility. Once the refund is fully processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. SO what happened to them sending a label to Fedex? So (if ever) about a month to get my money back? I think they are delaying it so that I will be beyond the return timeframe!
I am a nurse and I swear by the Puma Prowl. This shoe should be the shoe that the nursing profession looks to. With the thick cut ankle socks. The rubber sole helps me react to emergencies faster by making it there safely and quickly. It is a pull on so there are no laces to trip over. The fabric helps my feet breath. I found this shoe almost two years ago and have worn it ever since.

If I could give zero star, I would! I had never experienced such bad customer, shipping and packing services like this before. Ordered 5 items in one order and only received 4 but I was still charged for 5 items. When I returned the order, FedEx people told me that the original packing was a total mess and would fall apart if I didn't change the box, so I had to spend money to buy a good box at the FedEx office so they could process the return. Then I called Puma customer service to place a new order for me but they messed up with the shipping address, my unit number was missing, but they couldn't do anything to it because they said the label had been created. Then I called FedEx and was told that only shipper was authorized to change the address. Call Puma again, the call got cut off when I was speaking with a representative, I never received a call back. Called Puma one more time, they told their system was done so they couldn't do anything. Puma is just a scammer company! Will never buy anything from them again!
The insole wears out in two weeks and it starts to hurt because of this net-like structure. And even if you manage to fix it, the sole will be completely worn out with a huge holes in about a month. Puma started making absolute garbage and they know it. Now I know they state a month of guarantee for a reason. Never ever buying again from this company. The quality has become even worse than of Asian no-name shoe brands.

Puma sneakers are really underrated. I bought a pair of Classic suede sneakers for less than $100.
For example Nike would cost me much more than that just because it's Nike. Adidas is the same thing. But in terms of quality Puma doesn't concede to both of these shoe giants.
They're return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I've talked to since I've not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they're running a business like it's 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn't include weekends or holidays. So, Monday 7/17 will be the "tenth business day" before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I'm still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that's why they started doing the ten day processing. Literally the worst customer service ever in my life. I regret ever doing this one and only transaction with them.
So I've ordered 3 items from the online store on the 5 of July, it is now the 15 and they still haven't packed my items nor sent out my tracking number, terrible store, I'm never buying from here ever again

I purchased a pair of puma 2.0. Thought they were comfortable and nice looking. However, the strip was coming off within 30 days. I emailed the company in Germany, and was told to take pics and return. I did. Ordered the same design thinking maybe it was a flaw at the production company. Nope, those fell apart too. I enjoy the new look, and design but I should be paying for quality. Those sneakers cost $90.00. Wont' be purchasing another pair.
Not efficient of delivering goods within the city and taking their own sweet time to deliver the product. Not happy with the service provided from PUMA Bangalore.
