What a joke! They won't let you use a calculator, you have to use the computer and the damn thing doesn't work properly.
I let the staff know what happened and they act like it's my problem.
Ohio needs to have another option to test.
My experience so far has been Very excellent and I would recommend it to someone else.
Very good instructions and exam practices and information was easy to follow. Questions and answers were very well explained. About what the correct answer was and why it was the answer in detailed information for explanation.
I was schedule for my AWS exam with their remote online exam and the proctor was not able to see my camera. They called me and verified that the problem was not on my end. They created a voucher later and asked me to reschedule the exam. I did the same and they again tried to take the exam. Now again the same issue happens. The technical staff don't know how to fix it they keep doing the same thing in circles. They created a mock exam too and testes if everything is working and it did and it didn't work in the actual exam. Stay away from them they don't seem to know what they are doing.
The worst experience I ever had in my life. The tech support took 3 hours to solve the issue but had the same issue while I was trying to start the exam again. I called to customer service to get my money back and to schedule with another exam center but the funny part they didn't give the refund instead they gave the voucher to take the exam with PSI again

Appreciate that we're able to renew online, but it's not a very efficient process. We're going to one link to renew the provider then another one to renew courses. Then we have to email both receipts and paperwork to PSI.

I have booked exam and on exam day PSI online exam not started and when I started chat there no one responded and they ate my exam fee and when I emailed them for reschedule exam because it's psi side error. Psi support not responded and I lost my time and money. I suggest to appear in exam personally instead booking online they just eat money without service. I will suggest to not use there service.
They kept me for 1 hour saying they are screening then another 30 min under live monitor without allowing me to take the test then they cut the connection when I said this is discrimination because I am a Muslim woman with Hijab. They didn't allow me to take the exam.

Where to start... in order to take my test I had to take the entire day off of work and drive 1 hour to the test center. I arrived to my real estate salesperson exam on time and entered the test room. I attempt to enter my candidate ID and it doesn't work. I spend the next 45 mins waiting for the PSI employees to help me with this issue. Neither customer service or tech service or the supervisor could figure out the issue. Does anyone know how their own system works in this company? They tell me to wait 24 HOURS to call customer service. They allow me to reschedule, but now I can't take the test until a MONTH and a HALF LATER. All I have to say is good luck to anyone taking a test with this very unorganized and unprofessional organization.
I was not able to reschedule my test online, i was told when i called in that i would have to talk to someone in a different department to get my account fixed. The rep that help reschedule was nice and did reschedule my test. I would of preferred to reschedule online.

The exam I was not able to launch due to some tec issues, they said they wanted to look into it for 5 days and get back to me so I could my money back, I couldnt waited that long so just reschedule for another day. The second exam I was able to get in there, someone was checking my ID, desk, wall, celling, floor, phone, hands for more than one hour because they couldnt capture a clear picture, I had to show my ID for 7 times for the camera. I lost patient and finished it, simply wanted to take the exam on the site. I called customer service with 2 ticket numbers, after waiting on the line over 2 hours, 3 attempts, there was this rude lady telling me you not gonna get your money back. When I asked speak to someone else, she said ok then hung up on me.
DO NOT USE THEM!

Under my test information, there was an advertisement to purchase a practise test to check my prepardness. I purchased it for $24.99 and i got through about 20 questions before realizing this was a test for the national portion, not the MA state. It was a waste of my money and false advertising.

Shanda, Customer Care Supervisor needs to be released immediately from her duties. This company is a RIP off, and no one seems to care. Ms. Shanda was very rude, ineffective, and unwilling to help.
I paid 23.95$ for a practice exam, and my computer shut down due to lack of battery life shortly after. Once my computer shut down, the test was gone, I couldn't even do a review. I call ed the company and spoke to Shanda and she explained that I would have to pay for. Another exam. She also mentioned that it was all my fault, since the instructions mentioned it was a one time service. And, if I wanted another practice exam, I would have to buy it all over again. All this money for an exam I can not reference later. I'll pass! This company is a RIP off, and their business model is not suited well for the average consumer. Avoid them by all means.

After spending 45 minutes just to register and show the proctor my entire room, desk, walls, floors, etc. I was kicked out of my test at question 4. Ridiculous. Without notice. I took the day off of work to take this test. It wasted my time and frustrating that someone wouldn't ask you if there was an issue at the test. I tried to reschedule and couldn't. It truly wasted my time and hours spent studying went to waste

The customer service representatives are not helpful, and I have had no resolution to my problem of accessing the practice exam for this certification. The check out session is asking a code, so I was not able to check out unless I placed a coupon/ gift certificate code. I called Hpcc and psi multiple times, spent hours on the phone and no one was able to help me. Very disappointed. I highly recommended to remove code sessions in the future

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
