It's hard to say I've only just purchased, not fair that you ask before the test

Very similar experience to recent reviews. Online system don't work, I tried calling: my hour lunch break wasted on hold every day for the last 2 weeks. Finally someone answers, says he can't schedule me over the phone until his supervisor or tech guy fixes the issue with my account: they haven't cleared my last examination date, which I failed so I'm not able to retest even after 1 month after. I managed to talk to a second person a week later, same story, same speech, same apologies but nothing doneto fix the issue. I beem losing money, time and effort over this people that don't know how to do their job and don't take any pride and they hide behind a phone and won't do anything for you just because they can.
I will be spreading the word about my awful experience as a customer of PSI in social media and with anyone who wants to listen I invite dissatisfied customers to speak out and share their bad experiences and spread out the word!

PSI is the sole testing company for many state tests required by law to practice certain professions. I took the real estate exam for Michigan. PSI claimed I was absent and never took the test. I was present, signed multiple forms as part of the check-in process, was photographed and IDed as part of that process, took the test, was on camera the entire time I took the test, signed check-out paperwork, and got the printout with my picture saying I passed. PSI claimed they had no record of any of that. I had to get my state's licensing board involved before they finally released my score.

This company needed to do ONE thing... administer an online test. Couldn't do it. Over 3 hours of waiting and playing games... bad tech... disabled programs on my cpu... proctor made me clear a phone and stapler off of my desk... after all of that the test wouldn't load. They are incompetent and NYS should find a new partner that actually operates out of NYS. Why spend our money elsewhere for garbage? I only wish anyone cared and was listening. I see over 200 one-star reviews which tells me everything.

It seems a bit impersonal. I would love to have someone to talk to. But as long as I pass my exam, I guess I won't complain.

I have been trying to reschedule my exam but it is impossible to do. First of all, the website doesn't show any record of my scheduled exam even though I have a receipt for it. Second, I have been trying for days now, every way to contact this company to assist me but I cannot get through AT ALL! This is starting to feel like a SHAM! What a shameful and disgraceful company. I would never recommend EVER.

Great for any one wanting to further their education to be greater for them self

I've been in business for 20 years so why did I fail twice? I have passed 3 other times in past 15 years. The multiple choice answers too similar which makes it very tricky. Questions on test not covered in online class. So how do you correct answers if you don't know what you got wrong? They won't tell you that. Does not make good sense. What a waste of money. I was lied to about location of test. They told me there was a location in Westmont 6 minutes away, but nooooo there wasn't when I needed to book a facility for testing. I had to drive 50 minutes in the snow to go to dupage airport in an actual hangar. Really? What the... Poor choice on my part. I will find a better testing facility. One nice thing, testing room included ear plugs.

I purchased the CBMT Self-Assessment Exam, and found it to be very helpful in preparing for my exam. It is designed to be just like the actual exam, with the addition of explanations about each right and wrong choice. The format is easy to use, and they provide a record for you to refer to later.

Gave good technical support information regarding billing information. I had in the wrong billing address information.

You have no recourse if they think you have broken a rule, they can call you a cheater and you will have no access to the video that are reviewing. It's entirely one sided, be careful what you sign up for.

The electrology package I purchased has to many questions about pedicures and nail services. Electrology has nothing to do with nails

I haven't been provided login, then the login didn't work, then the password reset link didn't work, then I had to be 40 minutes on the call with complete idiots that barely spoke any English, I was transferred four times until someone was able to fix login issues, I was late for my exam. This company is a bunch of imbiciles.

Easy site and answers most questions I might have. Recommend.

I've had to purchase a practice test 3 times. The 1st time I thought I must have accidentally clicked and completed the test prematurely. The second time I had to leave the test to help my dog and found the tested timed out, completed itself and I could no longer access the test. Now this is my 3rd purchase. I emailed for help and they responded with a number for me to call that worked but with an extension number that did not exist.
