The information provided was very helpful and I passed the exam
I had to pay for an exam twice. My first payment was paid from my account but arriving for my exam date I was told there was no exam scheduled. I had to rebook, pay again then request refund for first transaction that was never processed and is still showing pending on my account since Nov 21st.
Had an online exam and I couldn't get in, their customer service was closed and no one in the chat answered. So I had to reschedule the exam and pay for it again. Called about getting a refund for the first exam told me they'd start an investigation and call me back, 3 weeks later haven't heard anything. Called again the guy had no idea what I was talking about and put me on hold then hung up. Called again the next day and was on hold for 50 mins on a Tuesday night. Didn't get through before they closed so just hung up. Still trying, hopefully I get my refund one of these days. Every other time I have called as well I've been on hold for absurd amounts of time, ranging anywhere from 30mins-2hours.

They took my money and told me if I needed to reschedule it would not be a problem. My mechanic postponed work on my car. I called the day before the exam. I was unable to make it and they refused to allow me a reschedule then hung up on me. Nothing but foreigners with poor English working for this company. If you can find another testing site, I highly recommend it. I am filing a complaint against this company with the BBB and the sate of Illinois

This is the third time I have tried to pass the PSI test. I thought the practice tests would have the information I needed to study on them for the actual test but the practice tests did not help at all and I got the same score as the second and third time I failed the test. Waste of money.

I failed my daance test, I was eligible to send payment to reapply. I was told that money order was never received n they didn't let me to schedule the test. Supervisor Maria ID 6619 was extremely rude n hang up on me. I called again, same supervisor picked up n when I asked her why she hung up, she was even more rude.

Your website is difficult to navigate and the time limit on the when to take the test after purchase is ridiculous. I paid for it and should have as long as I need to start the exam. I feel completely ripped off with your arbitrary and unfair timelines. Shame on you

I consistently have issues with this company. I had multiple technical issues and spent half the day both times reaching out for them to lie to me about resolutions regarding taking the test. Since they were aware of all the issues, I requested a refund which they approved both verbally and written. I have yet to receive that refund and have since escalated the issue. Any company that uses them, definitely bring it to their attention when you have issues because this seems to be reoccurring thing. I wouldn't have had an issue if they had upheld their statement on processing my refund.

Like all the other reviews here, I was on hold for 1hr and 30mins and then gave up. Next day, tried for 60minutes, nothing. Sent an email 10 days ago and ZERO response. Sent another one, zero response. We are all trying to progress with our careers and we cant because this company is extremely unprofessional. Then sign up online? I cant, it told me I had to contact Psi directly. This company is beyond a joke.
If someone starts a petition for change I would gladly sign it.
There is a disjunct relationship between PSI testing and the schooling that is allowed to count towards real estate practice. I have gone through real estate school twice and the langues and material i am taught on these platforms where not at all compliant with the knowledge that is tested on the exam. This isn't so much PSIs fault. But an infastructural error that should be corrected.

I scheduled to have my update course to renew my UAS license. Drove 2 hours to the testing facility after receiving emails reminding me that I had to be on time every day for the past 3 days. Get to the facility and receive an email letting me know that the time has been cancelled. The email arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled test time. I sent a complaint email to the email from which the cancellation came, and this is the response.

I like to pray and study on physical paper so that I can highlight and go back over highlighted areas my eyes hurt reading the screen. I bought a PDF version thinking I can print, but it will not let me print only download via the PSI server.

I had to miss my first test due to the stomach flu. I was not able to reschedule the test without paying again as I had not went to the Dr for said stomach bug. Test day got here, I couldn't get identified was told the picture was too blurry took 2 hours to get that straightened out then I finally got to take the test. No where in any correspondence that I received was there any mention of needing a Dr note to reschedule, only to do it at least 2 days prior to test which I did. My test was on Thursday and I started sending messages Monday when I became ill.

When purchasing my Life Exam, I was asked if I wanted to add Life Practice Testing for $15. I added it because I had previously purchased it for my last exam, Health & Sickness. When I went to launch the practice exam I realized it was only a one time exam. I feel this is a wrong deceitful way to trick someone into adding more charges. I was under the impression that I would get access to the same type of practice I purchased the first time. No where did it say I was purchasing a one time exam. I don't think anybody in their right mind would pay $15 for ONE exam when you can pay $30 for an entire practice guide with unlimited tries and customized tests. The exam is already costly and you shouldn't trick your users into paying more for something that is misrepresented. I now have to pay another $30 for the REAL practice test.

I had already purchased a practice test in April of this year. Went to log on to the practice test (My test is Aug 28th) and was unable to find the link anymore. I was not aware this had an expiration date. No were in the sign up is an expiration date given.

Your login system doesn't work well, sometimes not at all. When I call, your people admit that the system is dysfunctional. I couldn't schedule on line for my actual test. When I called, I waited online for nearly 1 hours then my call got dropped. When I called again the people didn't know what to do so they made me wait online again for at least 30 mintues.

Needed to take this exam today. Checked compatibilty and it was fine. Opened the secure browser and was waiting to enter my exam.
I received a message that the proctor session was finished and that i needed to contact my exam provider. Really strange if the exam was just about to start.
Stressfully tried to call psi but no one answered the phone.
After restarting my pc and reinstalling the secure browser i still received the same message.
Long stort short,
It was not possible to enter the exam that i needed to finish for school and there was no place where i could go for any help.
Lost my money, lost my change on a diploma.
