I registered for an exam to be taken today the 31st of December at 9.30 PM Edmonton time, when I checked the exam dashboard I realized the exam is stated for 4.30 AM 1st of January 2022. I tried to start the exam at 9.00 PM 30 mins ahead, and I was unable to, which I continued till after 9.30 PM and I realized my appointment had disappeared. I have been on the call with them since 9.00 PM and up till now at 9.59 PM I am unable to reach any support... This is pathetic! Second time I am having to pay for this guys ineptitude

Nightmare!
March 9, 2021

Treated very poorly the minute I walked in to take my real estate exam. She snapped at me and warned me about my mask, the mask needs to be up to the bridge of my nose, and if she saw it drop below she was going to kick me out, last warning! Once taking the exam, she interupted me twice about touching my mask and threated to kick me out if she saw me touch it again! Finally after my nerves were shot and failed the exam in fear of being kicked out, she had the nerve to tell me that I am lucky I even got to take the exam at all and she should have dismissed me from taking it because of my mask! This company is joke, the people that work there are a bigger joke! Hope they go out of business! It was walking into a prison! Advice: DON'T GO!

I was scheduled to take an exam at PSI Orlando on 6/27/20. I have a medical condition which requires special accomodations. I went to take my test and the special accomodations area was unavailable and the login ID for the test did not work. I was rescheduled to 7/6/20 and the same thing happened! No special accomodations available and the test id did not work. This is unacceptable. I still have not been able to take my test and the problem hasn't been fixed. Zero communication from PSI

This is the third practice test product I am purchasing. The first two were advertised as practice examinations but ended up being only partial exams. My exam is 160 questions, so I expected at least 160 practice test questions. What I got was 50 for $15 and 75 for $25.
Morevoer, the practice questions weren't repeatable, so the learning element of the exercise was compromised.

Terrible!

Can't get ahold of anyone. And when you finally do. Not helpful at all!
First experience they didn't send me my test results 24 hours after exam like I was supposed to get. I tried contacting them through phone and email everyday for a week and a half before getting help from anyone.
Next, I couldn't get connected to take my online proctored exam. Was on the phone for 3 hours only to be able to reschedule my test for the following week at 2:30 AM!

This system is way too complicated

This system is way too complicated. There should be one link from the advancingexpectcare website. The information about my license and what test I need to take is already there. This could be much simplier

I scheduled for MI Life Producer. The online PSI exam is a scam. I scheduled the exam 2 times. 1st time there was some technical difficulty, the customer support guy tried for 2 hours and I could not write the exam. Again rescheduled for another day, this time the proctor was not available for 2 hours. I was just waiting for the proctor to be available. This time I wanted to reschedule to write the exam in person. But the support person says that I have to wait for 7 business day to reschedule. This is the worst exam portal I have experienced and worst customer service. If they are taking money for a online exam at particular time. How can they cannot arrange for a proctor? I waited for 2.30 hrs in the night for 1 st time. And 2nd time also waited for 2.30 hrs for proctor. Worst exam portal... I wish could give 0 stars

Wait times

You will wait on hold and then eventually will send you to a voicemail. You do not receive a call back. Then if you need to be transferred to a different department you have to start the whole process over again. Terrible customer service.

Not what i expected
May 5, 2023

So after ordering the practice test. It was not available immediately as advertised. I had to call PSI and then another company to retrieve the activation code. So after taking the state board exam i noticed none one question was on the practice exam at all. I didn't feel prepared with the practice tests at all after taking the final exam but i was aceing all the practice tests.

Website is very unclear

Website is very unclear. Had to buy a second course because the first practice course I bought is apparently only available the day of the exam? Why would that even be an option. The whole point is to study and practice in advance of the exam, not rush to cram in studying the day of the exam, especially when my exam is at 9am

I went to take my real estate test today. Questions was out of syllabus and TO MUCH TO READ. Looks like I was not there to take the real test exam. I was there for a PHD in English exam. Questions was also a page long to read. Totally waste of time for a student on the test. I couldn't answer my "five" questions. Because I ran out of time. PSI and IN Real Estate Board need to rethink the way of there test exam. I have read all my book and pass all my test with 95% all the time. With today's test I get only 40 correct answer out if 75 and on the state exam I failed with 1 point. I have learned for 3 months straight every day for 10 to 12 hours. Have this fixed. Nothing has came what I read everything Out of Book. Really Disappointed!

The multiple redirects to multiple platforms that provide access to test prep materials is frustrating. Streamline and remove old websites and obsolete tests/platforms. I can get to two entirely different test prep and orders for two entirely different practice exam platforms and experiences.

Spent over 2k dollars with CE Shop for courses, I took 2 courses both proctored through PSI both done and passed. 3 Course wasted at this point 2 hours on the phone they locked me out of the course since I was logged in 2 times and they did not start the test they kicked me out now since it's past the 30 min start time I can not get back in they can not reset the test to allow me back in. There in another country and don't under stand English very well. The words they choose do not make sense. The 2 computers in the office that I have used with the first 2 test are not good enough now for the 3 test the laptop from our service truck was unable to be used they could not reset the test service. Due to time out. 2 hours trying to take a 30 min proctored test.

This is the most un-friendly to the customer website that I have experienced in the last few years. It is clear it was written by IT folks and not reviewed by customers. It is absolutely awful. Difficult to navigate, unclear, and a pain. When a customer types in the State, and the test the website should take him or her to the correct webpage. Instead the website takes the "customer" to a list of irrelevant items.

The proctor for my exam failed to show after an hour. I have been on hold with customer support (phone and email) for over an hour. I was scheduled to take a state exam on 12/4/2020 at 2:00PM. I launched the website's secure browser to take the exam and was told that identity verication could take up to fifteen minutes. After 20 I relaunched the browser and repeated the process at 45 minutes. After an hour I was still unable to take my test, and called customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. While I waited for customer support and a proctor, my supervisor contacted their online support team. She was told there was one person ahead in the queue. This took an hour as well with no response. I called again and was eventually told by customer support that it must have been a technical issue, as their proctors were most likely not at fault. An hour later, and after incredibly rude service, the issue is still not resolved. An absolutely horrible experience.

I could not believe that State of Washington Real Esate agency using PSI service because this comany is the most fraudulent company that I ver experienced in my real estate career. I went the their website to reschedule and I did that. I would like to confirm that scheduling and not they could not find the information. But they charged my absent exam to my credit card. What a terrible company that i have to deal with.
