Your website is was very easy to use and I considered it to be an extremely user friendly website.
I called for help about a payment not working and i was told to just "try again later"... if i would've known i was calling for help, to be sat on hold- to be told to just "try again later" i wouldn't have called.
I have been trying to take my NJ life insurance exam for over a month now. I am 34 weeks pregnant and had to reschedule due to a hospital visit and was told to email to reschedule without having to repay. This took 2 weeks to achieve. Then I thought I'd buy the practice test which I paid for to only find out it is not compatible with my Mac. No refund. Finally got to retake my test AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG EXAM! When I asked half way through the exam what I was taking I was told the title of the wrong exam. To reschedule I must email and was told I could reschedule for the next day. It is 4 days later. No email back after several attempts. Now on hold AGAIN after being hung up with multiple times to try and retake this exam. I have never dealt with something like this in my life. The fact that this bussiness is still up amd running and companies are using it for testing is SHOCKING!
I signed up for the practice test with booking for my test appointment and once I got through the test once it didn't allow me to continue to practice. I have had to pay for the same test 3x times- total rip off

My exam was cancelled due to therir technical issue. I was told to rescheduled. After two weeks, I still don't have a schedule. I call almost every day to get a schedule. I was hold for a long time every time. The longest time I was on hold was 1 hour and 56 minutes. I then hang up.

I hate that this place is my only option to take my exam. I scheduled to take my life producer online since covid is an issue and when I went to log in the exam wasn't generating. You can't get a hold of anyone on customer service, I've been on hold with their number for more than 3 hours at this point without getting through to anyone. I drove down to the actual store to see if they could help me in person and they said they couldn't help me there. I can't even reschedule my exam online since I have a record in place, so I'm not sure what to do. Why is this so incredibly difficult? I just want to pay a fee, take a test, and move on with my life.

Very complicated process. The instructions difficult to follow.
I took the real estate examination on November 13 both of them national and estate portion. I passed the estate. So I was schedule November 27 to retake the national portion. After the test the receptionist couldn't give me my score because her system wasn't working properly. So I have to call psi support. They have being creating so many tickets that NOBODY is checking. Is being over a month that I don't have any answers. I was talking with this specialist Michelle Mclaughlin and she stops answering my emails. The last time I called them they said that the tickets were sent to the wrong department so she will request them to mail my score. It's being a week from that conversation. This experience from PSI I wasn't expecting is unbelievable what a lack of professionalism.

I paid for my nd broker test and I was scammed into purchasing a practice test that consisted of 70 multi choice questions that is irrelevant to my nd broker exam. The nd broker exam is a simulation test. I should have received a simulation practice test, not a multi question test that is not the format I'll be tested on. This is a scam.

I had to pay for the test twice due to it not showing up on my PSI account. I reached out to PSI to let them know all my information was gone off my account. They confirmed my testing date but that doesnt help with my test I already paid for not being on there.

I went to take my exam and they canceled because they didn't have internet. No one call or send email about it. I have to take day off, pay for baby sitter and drive 44 miles. I call PSI and they just apologized. Apologies will not pay for my gas and baby sitter. They are the wors I home a take my test and don't have to deal with them never again. Shame on them

I've been in a loop getting to get the Washington State Broker practice exam. Paid for it, got the redemption code, took the 130 question rest and then found out it was the National Salesperson test, not the Washington Broker exam test I paid for and needed. In a bind now, my test is tomorrow and I spent several hours this evening trying to get the correct exam. Just paid for it again so I can hopefully get the Washington Broker test.

I took the test over 2 weeks ago.
After many attempts to get info from PSI, after over 2 weeks I still have not heard anything. I only know I need to retake the test from the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

I found that some of the questions were too vague, lacking enough content to allow decision making. Perhaps that's intentional?

Great platform and informative. Exams are decently priced
I have tried every possible way to get someone with PSI customer support to assist me with a login issue. I tried calling but first had to go through a labyrinth of invalid numbers before finally finding a number that actually rang. I then spent 43 minutes holding. I explained my problem to a person who barely spoke English and who put me on hold several times before saying someone else would call me back to solve my problem. I waited 4 days but received no call back from anyone with PSI. I then sent numerous email and online requests for help. After all of those attempts I finally received an email from a no reply address saying I was signed up for the test I needed. I had to only follow the link to schedule my test. The link led me back to the same login issue! This organization has absolutely and by far the worst customer service of any I've ever dealt with in my 40 year career. The maddening part is we have no choice but to use them and they know it. So they obviously could care less about serving their customers. I've contacted my Congressman and the State Licensing Board and will meet with both to petition them to look for a better firm to administer the exams or to at least offer some alternative to PSI.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
