I've been attempting to have PSI set up as an approved vendor for my school for three months now with zero progress. I have the capability of having 100 students per year take the FAA Part 107 Drone Pilots License and PSI does not seem to care one bit. I think anyone with poor experiences should collaborate and petition the FAA to find another vendor or for the sake of competition have MORE than ONE vendor for testing purposes. It's absolutely absurd that these people are the only vendor for this certification and apparently a huge pain to work with. I've spoken with several other companies in the drone business to try to find a way around this issue and the general consensus is that PSI is the absolute worst.
I would give a rating of zero if it was possible.
Enethical procters are sitting at PSI, they want your money and don't allow you to complete you exam, if they have any personal work they will end the session and make you failed.
Its always better take prometric center based exam.
I never waste my time for giveing reviews, but this people behaved unethical in my exam.

This company is damaging the phsycology of the people that try to certify themselves with the most archaic systems and the worst uaer experience I have seen in my life. To vendors please please do not use this company.
Awful customer service skills. I just took an exam with a proctor who kept making me resubmit my license even though it was clear in the four pictures they denied before accepting the fifth, they also requested for me to fix my camera view and upon asking them how they needed me to fix it they stated they needed to see my face at all times - my face hadn't left their view once, and now after completing the exam there is no evidence of it on my profile and I have not received the email I should have gotten with my score. I then called customer service and in the middle of speaking to someone (after being on hold for 20minutes) they went mute and I'm pretty sure they ended the call. I then called back but I was on hold for another 10minutes and I don't have the patience for idiocy. I've emailed and I had better get a prompt response.

Not so good! When I called the customer service center and the lady I spoke with couldn't answer any of my questions about where I can take my SC Real Estate Salesperson exam. But she was very friendly although I couldn't understand her when she was speaking to me since her accent was so thick.

I had a scheduled test for today, I checked on their site if my laptop would be compatible for their site, it ended up that it wasn't since I have a Chrome OS, their tech support took 45 mins to response and after I was told I couldn't use my computer, I had to drive for 20 mins to be able to use another computer. I tried calling their customer services and I was on hold for 2 hours and my call was dropped. I submitted emails and still no reply, this has truly been a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to any one. It's beyond me why they are used as a testing site if they have the worst customer services.
Good. Can't compare to anything else but overall was an easy purchase. Maybe once I do the test I can elaborate more.

After more than two hours waiting for online exam for AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate, can't contact anyone during the process. Filed a support case ask for reschedule and they send in my test result as "failed" next business day.
Here is the details: I scheduled the test for Oct 3, Saturday.
1. I scheduled the exam for 10 am and start to launch the exam at 9:30 per requirement and completed "check-in" at 10:02 am.
2. After 15 min max waiting time I start to contact them with their chat support every 5 to 10 min without any response.
3. After 55 min wait, the proctor told me "Hello there, sorry for the delay"; "I will now release your exam". Then "Could you please try to close your browser and launch it again".
4. I did relaunch the browser and waited more than another hour, and nothing happened despite my many attempts to communicate with their chat support and no response.
5. Later I opened a case with their support and got no response. On the following Monday they send in my test result as "failed".
What a joke? Keep away from this company!
Quick and easy. I was logging on to schedule for just the test, but then I saw another option for studying before testing. This is great seeing how I've failed the test six times.
I added a practice test for MI RE salesperson exam when I registered for the MI RE salesperson licensing exam under this email. Clearly you have this email because I have my confirmation emails and a test date of Wednesday 12/13 at 9am in Factoria, WA. However, your system somehow, despite sending me emails, does not appear to have an account for me and my practice test is nowhere to be found. So I had to set up a new account (with the same email) to buy another one. You owe me a refund for one of the practice tests. This website is atrocious to navigate. Where's the login button? Hidden in a submenu. I've been on hold 25 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone. Registering for a test? Give up an hour trying to figure out how to do that, no clear pathway. Maybe have someone other than your founder's 13 year old nephew build your website.

Every time I've had to retake or reschedule a proctored exam, I am always told I have a terrible connection after my check-in. Once I am told this, they end the session and I have to check in again, and they normally do this several times, and each and every time, I will check my connection and everything is fine. After checking in and I finally get in contact with the proctor, they then tell me that the connection is still bad and that I haven't responded to any of their live messages even though I have and they sent through. I have dealt with this on multiple occasions with PSI Exams and it's really frustrating. The proctor will leave a message stating they will end the session, and you don't get a refund for this.

I need to retake my real estate exam, and have done everything as I was directed to do both by the Board and PSI. After nearly 3 weeks, I still have not been able to get a hold of a human being to tell me what the status is regarding whether they have received my paperwork via the mail, and when I will be able to schedule my test. I have tried calling(YEAH RIGHT no one answers) repeatedly, emailing daily(another hilarious joke with their will respond within 24 hours). I have contacted my state Board in hopes that they can help me get this taken care of. I suggest everyone with this issue(and I see it is A LOT) do the same and contact whatever department you need to for your state to get it taken care of. If each State/Department/Business that utilizes PSI for testing are smart, they will find another agency and dump PSI. They are useless.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
