PSI Exams

I tried to take the DA100 and the proctor refused to approve my identity card because it was "blurry".
He kept asking me to bring a glass of water put it on my passport to focuss( I did and surprise surprise it did not work!).
I invested a moth preparing for this exam!
These guys should not be allowed to proctor tests as they themselves need to be proctored!

I think they should offer more questions for the price. Not worth the money at all if you have other programs to study and complete online practice test.

Very easy to order. I easily found the materials I needed to help me prepare for my upcoming real estate exam. I am so excited and really looking forward to experience it.

PSI consistently has given me horrendous service and false information regarding access to my exams. I scheduled to take my exams online, studied for 2 weeks straight, and logged in on time and was not able to get into my first exam because they sent me the wrong secure browser and did not make the exam available to me. I had to reschedule the exam and again, the same issue persisted where I could not access the exam even after calling in advance to assure things would work. Customer service is not listening to the issues I am encountering and continuously transfers me between customer service and tech support while saying that it is the other departments fault. Each continues to offer the same solution that has already failed. I just finished my 5th attempt at resolving this extremely minor and simple issue and still have no solution. I am not one to write reviews usually but the experience of going through PSI has been so awful I want to warn others of the nightmare they may encounter.

The site is very informative and easy to navigate. Since first graduating from my respected healthcare program this site has been helpful since day one and still utilizing til this day.

Is being a good experience sad bc I didn't pass the test today

They don't launch your test, then click out of the browser- leaving you with an initiated test that cannot relaunch. They can't help to actually relaunch test-then when you voice your concern, they LAUGH AT YOU. Despicable company.

This was such a waste of time and only cause my proctor wanted to be a stingy coward and waste my time. Im all nervous to finally take my test. I couldnt be on my desk because theres too many things "withinf my reach" which is how desks work but whatever. So I go on my bed and I have to throw my pillows off the bed cause thats considered cheating. So im hunched over against a wall and the laptops on my lap so i have to hunch my neck down toward the screen and then I look up to think of the questions and relieve the stress from my neck. The proctor tells me to go turn my phone off which is odd cause it hasnt rang and its also 15 ft away from where I was sitting. Then 5 min later my test randomly gets terminated without warming for "suspicous behavior" which is BS cause I couldve easily showed them around my room and proved that there was no way I was cheating. This is such a waste of time and money.

PSI is aware of this foolishness that is on their platform. You have had enough Negative reviews that you should have taken action. We your Customers are given a HORRIBLE Experience, and You Know. Probably, because of your political connection you still exist, representing the ONLY testing site for NJ professional licensure. ASHAMED is what you should be! My story is the same as the other 300. I await your reply!
