Extremely complicated process. I wish there was just a link from the HPNA website. I also feel like I wasn't supported to pay for this but felt it was the only way to access material needed for my recertification.

Ik took my esthetics board exam on May 20th and the test status shows "scheduled" even though I took it and passed. I called 7 times so far and every time they told me they would Escalade the matter but nothing is resolved still!

I was trying to get to my state exam but i could not get it on April 03, when tried to change my password it would not give the code to change it and, they said if i can't get logged in they can't help me? I Have paid 4 time for exam recently but not even able to get to the exam, first they gave me a place of exam in Maui than no help when i said it was not the place since i live in Kailua Kona they7 only go by the closest zip code which in my case is another island, have been an agent and a broker for 25 years in California, never had this much problem taking the exam.you website and proceedures are very difficult and confusing. Now i have an exam on Monday April 10 i hope i can take it (state of Hawaii portion of R E broker exam.

My test was terminated. I was online proctored, proctor could see the door. There was one question I was having a hard time that I couldn't understand the question. I was in test mode, not rule mode and because I was reading the question to my self barely even a whisper, the stopped it. I really hope anyone with disabilities and difficulties with taking test has to reread a test and their mouth moves and you cancel, there is no lawsuit.

PSI is the most disorganized, infuriating, and outright terrible company to have to deal with. I have unfortunately had to take multiple exams through them and EVERY SINGLE TIME have had multiple problems with customer service and my account. I am not sure who manages this business but everything about it, from the customer service to the technical aspects of how it is set up, is garbage. Not to mention, they still owe me a refund for a test I was charged for twice AND I purchased a practice exam from them advertised at over 500 questions that only had 85. Absolute trash.

Easy enough to order, information stating that you can only access this test for 30 days is not made clear enough. This should be in the main part of the order- not in the after notes. This is my 2nd time ordering- my first $40 down the drain since the 30 day timeline was not more prevalently stated.
I ordered and paid early so I would have it done to access when ready to take my real exam, When I went to log in is when I noticed the 30 day limit.
I never even logged in the first time- yet my $40 was taken without the option of renewing the order or refunding until I was ready to take the exam.

I had to change my password twicw before I could login. Then I couldn't understand how to submit a course with payment. I am an Unlimited Course Sponsor, so there shouldn't be any payment, But I believe I have to print out something for proof. Terrible experience.

After attempting for 16 days straight to get in contact with anyone that could help me from PSI, after being told I didn't qualify for an exam I absolutely qualified for (having completed the course and proof of completion being sent to PSI three separate times), and after being talked to disrespectfully on the phone on a number of occasions, I eventually had to contact the Missouri Real Estate Commission to find someone to help me that wasn't even a part of PSI. They put me in touch with a supervisor that I had been trying for weeks to get in touch with. After needing to reschedule another exam for another attempt, I tried to contact the supervisor again. I got sassed by the supervisor and chose just to let it go because I'd been through the wringer after weeks of this nonsense. I cannot stress enough how unnecessarily miserable this simple scheduling process was made to be. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I do suggest all the users of PSI services write to the business/associate whoever gives their businesses to PSI. I am taking the insurance exam, so I wrote to the CA Department of Insurance to let them know about PSI services.
I kept thinking how can this business survive, is that because they have no competitors? Or because they donate lots of money to the business/associate who hires them?
I was unable to order more than one exam at a time. The system has changed. I'm not able to enter student details...I'm guessing something isn't right with my order.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
