I purchased Exam smart as well at the PSI pre test. The PSI information in my opinion is the best way to practice for the exam. Exam smart is very helpful BUT ONLY IF you read the explanations on way the answer is what it is.
So Exam smart will help you understand things you missed in your training and PSI will help you pass the test. PSI is more actual test content and format.

PSI has been the absolute WORST. I finished school last July. It has been over 9 months of tryin to book my exam. It has been a NIGHTMARE. I don't even want to know how many hours I spent talking to support people only to have them tel me sorry they couldn't book my exam due to whatever the excuse was that day. You are the ONLY option for testing which in itself isn't fair. It has been AWFUL.

The entire process of dealing with PSI has been an absolute nightmare. From scheduling my exam (You guys had a system upgrade which caused my invoice to be lost preventing me from scheduling the exam- I had to escalate through my employer and then through IHI to resolve the issue which took well over a month and delayed my initial testing plan) and now being unable to redeem the paid for coupon code has been absolutely ridiculous and is completely unacceptable.

PSI Exams Online has the worst customer service! I was on the phone with a PSI technician on 22 Nov 2020 for a total of 2 hours due to technical difficulties. My network connectivity was great but PSI was unable to launch ISACA examination. After all that, PSI launched my examination but I only got to the 4th question. During my journey to the 4th question, the examination froze multiple items. I informed the proctor I will call PSI to reschedule. Since 22 Nov 2020, I've been calling PSI to reschedule my examination will no such luck. I always get the same response, "I will elevate your case to the rescheduling department". I requested to be c/c'd on the email and they don't even do that. Requested for a supervisor and all the forward calls got disconnected. I received my FAILED notification from ISACA today for a test I've never taken. I reached out to ISACA and we are discussing the issue. Luckily, ISACA is addressing the issue with PSI. More to follow hopefully...
The experience I had with these folks was hell. From taking photo frames off the wall of my house to removing a bottle cap from my desk just to write an exam was UNBELIEVABLE. I just could not do anything right. As if that was not enough the proctor asked me repeatedly to close all social media apps even though he/she could clearly see the only app opened on my Task Manager was Chrome. The worst of it all is that you have to communicate through a Chat window and they take about 4-5mins to respond. I am surprised WGU still uses them even with all the negative feedback. This company is the WORST of the WORST. Jeez!
I'm so upset. I had an exam yesterday, the proctor never showed up. I couldn't log into my account, and PSI customer service were closed yesterday so I couldn't reach anyone. Why were they closed yesterday, it wasn't a holiday. Today I tried to speak to a supervisor and every representative said they would transfer me to a supervisor and it went to voicemail every time, I called for a 4th time and then she said there may not be any supervisors working today? Why wouldn't there be a supervisor working today? These people do not care about their customer service and communication as a business. Absolutely horrible.
