An absolute disgrace of a company. I've called 10 times never once got an answer. Sent multiple emails still no response. I can honestly say this is the worst customer support I've ever experienced.
The UI is pretty easy to use. I used to train QA engineers and software developers in UX, and I think that the flow to check out with ebooks is well-designed.
Same Problem as before when ordering practice exams for my students. Email address given doesn't work and was on the phone waiting for help for 15 minutes before I hung up.
Not being able to order these practice exams for each cohort, only individually, will not work for our surgical technology program moving forward. Currently, I only need to order two, but in October will need to order 10 to 20, so I we will find another source.
This place is horrible, I'm mostly certain they mess with your test scores, I knew all the material and studied my behind off and have failed 4 times, they change some of the questions each time! Also Real estate salesperson exam is 110 questions but you end up doing 120 because as per them there is 5-10 experimental questions which they don't even tell you which ones they are! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, takes hours and days to be able to speak to someone to set up a testing day.

We (me and the owner of the company I work for) have called PSI 3 times and asked what materials or book(s) I need to study in order to pass the Michigan Electrology Instructor's exam. No one person we spoke with at PSI could answer that very simple question and we requested a manager call us and we never recieved a call. The only reason we were able to find the study packet we purchased was because someone from the State of Michigan took pity on us and helped us find the link. This is completely unacceptable and psi should be fired as the exam company that states use for something as important as professional licensing exam prep.

If only I could give a rating lower than one star. Unfortunately PSI is in charge of reviewing the LSAT writing samples for the November LSAT Flex Exam. It has been over 3 weeks and they still have not approved my writing sample. This has put my application process behind schedule and I may not even get to apply to law school at a competitive time because of this dip$#*!, incompetent company. Thanks PSI.

AFAA test rules say to be in your testing facility at least 30 minutes before your scheduled test. I arrived 45 minutes early and the building was locked with a closed sign on the door until my test time. The closet we were escorted to did not have circulating air, and it was not far enough from the lobby or other rooms to be quiet. As I took my test, I could hear word-for-word conversations in the lobby and hallway. I attempted to drown out the noises with the provided earplugs, but that was not at all helpful. These three triggers may seem trivial, until you try to commit yourself to taking a test that you have put so much into -such as time off work and missed family events. This was a big deal. I didn't pass on my first attempt. I'm sure that part of my not-passing was due to the terrible testing-site atmosphere. They got in my head! 1) interfered with my scheduled test time, 2) extraneous noise, 3) hot and stuff room. Do yourself a favor; test anywhere else but Total Health in Fulton.

Here is one problem with outsourcing to offshore... they spell your email incorrectly.
What this means is, I can't log in and I can't even REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD when I enter my CORRECTLY SPELLED EMAIL ADDRESS.
I have gone through 3 reps and they were completely unhelpful.
Please stop hiring people for phone and people-based jobs that do not have English as a first language. This practice is hurting ALL OF US.

Scheduled my exam, drove 45 minutes and took the day off of work to arrive and get turned away because they were overbooked. I have become increasingly upset with PSI itself and the lack of customer service they have provided. I have been on hold for multiple hours a DAY since Monday trying to get a hold of anyone that can help. Out of the three people I have actually talked to after being transferred countless times, I have been told: I'm not eligible because I was absent and that I'd have to repay, given the "supervisors number" which was only another automatic messaging service for the real estate license in Missouri (mind you- I'm taking a healthcare exam in Michigan), and actually hung up on. PSI has a F grade on their BBB website as well as several other terrible reviews across the website for their customer service and untrustworthy practices. I wish I could test through some else that was actually reliable.

How did this miserable excuse of a company ever get selected by the FAA to handle their testing and scheduling? This company is a joke. They do not reply to email. They do not reply to their website's own "contact us" form. Calling them only to sit on hold -- IN ONE CASE FOR NEARLY 90 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP -- is ridiculous! My FAA written exam is on indefinite hold because of these jokers. No federal agency should be turning over their testing responsibilities to this incompetent company.

PSI is the absolute worst. They have signed me up for the wrong exam now twice. Charged my card and said that the representative who originally made my appointment made an error and I now can't proceed for five business days to reschedule. It took six phone calls, two disconnects out of the six and still no resolving the issue. I have spent hours on hold and all I'm getting is that the issue has been sent to the escalation dept. I see that PSI was involved in a Class Action lawsuit in 2015. It's a complete scam. They have the highest fail rate and charge hundreds of dollars to re-take a test. Four people alone the same day that I took my exam didn't pass. They all had scores that hovered at 70-72 percent. My co-worker had a similar experience and ended up at the testing site and caught the incorrect test before she started. The proctor gave her an 800 number to call. I've now been on hold for an hour as I write this waiting to talk to a supervisor. I've been told they are in a meeting... all of them. So, I said I would wait... now... I'm talking to a supervisor who has yet again put me on hold. Not sure how this is going to end tonight but I know one thing for sure, PSI does not know what they are doing.

There was an error with the launch of the exam and their technical and customer service team just threw me around like a ball without being able to resolve the issue after more than an hour. This is the second time my exam has been rescheduled and I am still facing the same issue! Cust Service said they would call me back but never did - they are incredibly NOT CREDIBLE and it is an absolutely frustrating experience with PSI Exams online! If I could give it a NO STAR, i would absolutely do it.

They will change your schedule date and have you pay them again claiming you forfeited your test! FRADULENT! Good luck getting anyone in the phone and once someone answers they are very unconcerned as they may be use to ripping off customers! GET YOUR RECEIPTS! This is the ONLY go to source for these exams. 45 minute wait times just to be told "Hah, tough $#*!, call later" and kicked from the call. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO SIT ON THIS GODDAMN CALL LINE ALL HOURS OF THE DAY UNTIL ONE OF THEIR 2 EMPLOYEES CAN HELP ME. This is disgusting, and the fact they are such an important resource for so many people, with this level of incompetence, $#*!ing disgraceful.
