I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro weeks ago. The staff immediately got in touch with and responded to my emails multiple times throughout the day so it thought it was a legitimate business. The second the said they sent my payment, Radio silence. I was told my check would be 3-5 days and It's been 3 weeks and I'm out $600 that I was promised and I can't even get my phone back. I have sent multiple emails and called and received no responses back.

Scheduled my exam, drove 45 minutes and took the day off of work to arrive and get turned away because they were overbooked. I have become increasingly upset with PSI itself and the lack of customer service they have provided. I have been on hold for multiple hours a DAY since Monday trying to get a hold of anyone that can help. Out of the three people I have actually talked to after being transferred countless times, I have been told: I'm not eligible because I was absent and that I'd have to repay, given the "supervisors number" which was only another automatic messaging service for the real estate license in Missouri (mind you- I'm taking a healthcare exam in Michigan), and actually hung up on. PSI has a F grade on their BBB website as well as several other terrible reviews across the website for their customer service and untrustworthy practices. I wish I could test through some else that was actually reliable.

I had the worst service at jjhouse.com. When I purchased my dress, it was nothing like the dress I ordered, it was poorly made and the beading was completely unlike the picture. I went to get some sort of a refund you was only offered 20% of my $150 dress. I contacted paypal to get my money back and they said I had to send the dress back. I did and paid a lot in shipping but the company would never sign for the dress, so I never got my refund. I spent a lot of money on a dress I never even wore and now it is somewhere in China. I HATE THIS PLACE. It's a scam to get money.
