I have tried to speak to someone in your company to help me with understanding what I need to purchase to study for the National portion of my Real Estate exam and I have spent LITERALLY HOURS on hold listening to music and not being able to speak to anyone that would help me...I cant even believe how unprofessional this is but you are collecting a lot of money from people like me who are trying to better their life.
Easy to use website and so far good experience. Makes it a lot easier to find a study guide that is trusted.
I ordered a "Timed Practice Exam for Real Estate Sales Person Test" and it disappeared on my account even though I never accessed it yet. I called to get my test back, I was transferred to 4 different client service who could't help me fix the issue.

Great. PSI has the product and service and convenient testing I need.
This is by far the worst online testing platform I have ever used. I spent over 4 hours the day of my test trying to get things ready and the app wouldn't work and their customer services teams fix was to uninstall and reinstall it, which didn't work. I ended up having to reschedule my test for a different day but when I go to reschedule it on the website it takes 10 min (not kidding) for it to go the next page for me to fill out then when I get to the end it asks me to log in then restarts the whole thing and i have to start over. Not sure what the issue is but I have still been unsuccessful in reshedualling my exam. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Second time buying im not too happy about it either!
It should be made very clear that if you back out of the app it will stopped forever! Thats not right, at all

I thought the practice tests were plural. There is actually only 30 questions represented in a 25 question format. I was still prepared though, and I passed.

EXCELLENT, VERY CONVENIENT, EVERYTHING WENT WELL, IT IS SELF EXPLANATORY, AND PRACTICAL, THE SITE ALREADY HAD MY INFORMATION FROM MOSELEY, AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS
During my exam I had four choices that were too long for the screen to show. But the PSI Exam tool did not have scrollbars, so I could not reach the "answer" button at the bottom. I had pressed the first answer so I could not move to the next question either - the "next question" buttoned was ghosted as soon as I had clicked the first answer option. The proctor had no solution. He told me to cal the support line, was put on hold for 25 minutes and then got someone on the line who's headset malfunctioned. He couldn't hear me. So he hung up afte 1.5 minutes, apologizing for his broken headset and told me to have a good day. By then I had figured out I could reload the screen with CTRL+R and could move on to the next question, but all in all I had lost over 30 minutes of exam time. And at the end, by working with the TAB key I could answer the long-answer-options-question. Quite a stressful exam, but I passed.

I was with a proctor Pre-examination checking me in doing the usually room check. I was using a desktop and the proctor was asking me to show my whole desk space including under my desk. Since I'm using a desktop I tried to show as much as I could while having an internal camera and careful not to unplug any wires by mistake. I was unsuccessful so I grabbed a full body mirror to show the proctor my desk space. While being able to show my entire desk space using the Mirror even including under the desk and majority of the top of the walls and floors the proctor told me I couldn't use a mirror to show the desk space! They canceled my exam and I was no longer able to access it! I'm furious! I contacted customer support to report this incident and Lerato from customer service was super helpful. She launched and investigation and will be contacting me in a couple business days to update me. Overall psi I give a FAT 0!

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
