PSI Exams Online has the worst customer service! I was on the phone with a PSI technician on 22 Nov 2020 for a total of 2 hours due to technical difficulties. My network connectivity was great but PSI was unable to launch ISACA examination. After all that, PSI launched my examination but I only got to the 4th question. During my journey to the 4th question, the examination froze multiple items. I informed the proctor I will call PSI to reschedule. Since 22 Nov 2020, I've been calling PSI to reschedule my examination will no such luck. I always get the same response, "I will elevate your case to the rescheduling department". I requested to be c/c'd on the email and they don't even do that. Requested for a supervisor and all the forward calls got disconnected. I received my FAILED notification from ISACA today for a test I've never taken. I reached out to ISACA and we are discussing the issue. Luckily, ISACA is addressing the issue with PSI.
