Last experience went well with PSI, they need to do a little work on their practice test. Some of the answers are marked wrong when they are clearly right and the system gets confuse. All that aside, the study process is wonderful, it is well organized and well thought out. Once the bugs are fixed it will be a terrific way to learn and excel in your trade.
It has been good, I purchased the practice exams to better prepare, I felt like this was a better source of information than Quizlet or AI

To help with practicing to prepare for the test, making sure that I understand all questions.
Check notes on my account. Scheduled RE Affiliate Exam for TN for 11/27/24. Your System incorrectly identified my brand new MacBook Pro as an old incompatible computer and I spent 2 hrs with tech and customer service trying to resolve. They told me I'd have to reschedule exam which had to be in Jan given holidays. Wed I called to verify what would be available to me during exam. Candidate services said an online amortization schedule (wasn't there for exam on Friday) and I could use a calculator (didn't say it would be online only basic calculator). I prepared accordingly. Neither was true which rattled me and affected a few answers. PSI National prep materials purchased did not correlate well with online exam. I passed that portion. Failed TN portion. I only studied Aceable Agent for TN so that's on me. Both times I consulted Candidate Services and Tech they took a total of 2 hrs and 45 min to provide very unsafisfactory help.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
