How can i rate when i have not gotten the product yet?
Overall the study pack and pretest experience is exemplary, however dealing with the online store was complicated and as a teacher I would love to purchase several preps for different students. I feel as though having to use a code sent to one email for verification wasted time. For some reason the code never went to my email; I'd rather it sent me a text. In order for me and each individual student to have access I had to set up several email accounts so that I could access data for subject knowledge reinforcement and to allow for the students to use this tool independently at home. Also, having to pay for these study packets one at a time was time consuming which took away from the 30 hours that are allocated for each students tutoring sessions. They each have one on one sessions that are 2 hours each. This setting up robbed us of valuable time and they are each preparing for their stat boards.
PSI website was barely functional. Their customer service via email was awful (provided no information) and instructed me to call yet they were not very helpful as well.

The customer service team is poorly trained and unable to answer even basic questions about why my documents are taking so long to be reviewed. It has been over 30 days, and my documents are still "in progress."
I have called 20 times and sent 6 emails, yet no one provides a resolution, a timeline, or even a clear answer. I cannot believe the state has entrusted such an important exam to a company with such an inefficient process.
I have exhausted all options and have no one else to turn to. I need this issue resolved immediately.

PSI has been helpful. I have take the exam a couple of times and was so close but this time I want to know that I am ready.

I ordered the three practice exams. Unfortunately each exam contained a large number of un-related questiosn that were EXACT repeats. Not only were the questions outside of my area of study but repeated continually wit hthe exact same question. I expected 150 questions within my area of study, but feel short changed for what I actually purchased. Would NOT recommend this to any one studying for the exam.

It is very hard to process an order, I attempted with a debit card and never went through, then with credit card and the third attempt finally I got it:-(
You get one test. It's timed making it really hard to use it to help study. It doesn't tell you anymore on what you need to study than the actual test. They use it to try and get you to spend $100 for their course. And obviously monopoly. They have 700 questions all based on trying to trick you. Horrible humans.

I ordered a VTNE practice exam when I scheduled my VTNE. When I was ready to take my practice exam it was easy to go back to my confirmation email for instructions on ordering my practice exam. I simply clicked the link in the email, added an exam to my cart, and entered the code provided in the email. The exam was straight forward and gave me a better idea of what the actual VTNE would be like.
Im neutral only because i had to delete the app just to make the purchase because the app was not acting right with my apple pay

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
