I have taken my NPS exam in Atascadero. I was well prepared and had issues with my computer freezing couple of times. I missed it by three. I was very disappointed. I was more worried about my time after my first problem computer froze up. I informed the assistant very polite and quietly helped me get it back running he assured not to worry and continue taking the exam. All was good till again. It froze up. Call the gentleman again he got it running again, but I was more nervous now about my timing. I know we have three hours, but now I was more stressed trying to hurry up and answer all the questions. My time was up walked out. They handed me my paper where it stated I did not pass. Missed it by three. I was so disappointed. I cried because I was prepared for this. PSI was very understandable. I emailed PSI office and contacted NBRC about the issue. Two days later. I received an email that I was able to retake without a second fee. These exams are very expensive. I'm glad that they granted me to retake it again and gave me six months. Hopefully soon I will be taking it again at the same location in Atascadero. I was very happy impressed quiet not too many test takers which that's the reason I drive from Bakersfield to there.
I went to take my ACCS test at the Tampa location on 12/19/2025 and was unable to take it due to the servers being down. Then, trying to get it rescheduled became a nightmare. Even knowing you had the problem and NBRC knowing the problem existed, I was not able to reschedule the exam until after 1/1/2026. I live over an hour away, so not only do I have the additional cost of traveling to take the test again, I now have to take another day off to take the test. And required me to receive an extension from my employer for the required completion date for this credential. It also put me past the time I had access to my previously purchased study materials which is causing addtional testing anxiety.
Master electrician prep should've been linked to the contractor test. The journeyman prep linked to the test was amateur knowledge... hopefully, it better prepares me, because I've failed 2 times now. I didn't even know the Master prep was available until now...
I bought the digital prep study pack for the journeyman electrical exam. Thank you for having study material. I may leave another review once going through the material as all i've done so far is purchase it.
First issue was issues on first attempt taking exam then proctor on actual exam so unprofessional probably needs training on his job.

Have to retest because last month i passed with psi and submitted to state and now no one has history of my exam or me passing or paying submitting for anything i am very frustrated that i am having to do this all again

I purchased the 3-pack practice test while booking my exam, but when I went to the store it didn't even acknowledge my account. I had to create a new account and pay the $50 all over again. If you let us make a purchase in one setting you have to make it talk to the other website so it gives us credit for the purchase. You owe me $50!

Your descriptions are poor. Your pictures are worse. You don't reassure me if I can take the reference into the test with me. I hate paying for shipping. I don't know if I can return it. I have no guarantees if I am actually buying the right materials. It all feels monetized instead of actually preparing me for my future. You assume that I know, but I don't and even if I did, I really would love clear, concise, precise, explanations of everything. We are type A individuals who are striving for the best and the greatest and we don't like to redo something that could have been avoided. We don't like to second guess, and you are playing games with our future and well-being. If we didn't care, then we wouldn't be doing what we are doing so please take the time to make EVERYTHING explained much more clearly.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
