Hi, I've already paid for a combo prep test, but never received the link to practice. My test is tomorrow so I'm just going to download this one.
Do not like being directed to a payment screen for something that has already been paid for by employer. (yes, it said payment not needed). You could have a different way of submitting voucher codes

I was not able to process my request to take the exam on line so I had to call the customer service rep who was excellent and helped me.
I feel like there should be an option to include the product with the voucher and have a link to redeem vouchers instead of looking for each individual product and applying the voucher because it was really confusing.

A little confusing when trying to register for the CNML exam from the AONL website. I think instructions saying, you cannot register yet. You must pay and receive approval to take the test. These instructions could be a little clearer. But as far ad the practice exam portion-that was easy!
I accidentally ordered the residential instead of the commercial but didn't realize until I redeemed the code. I called to see if a refund was possible but since I redeemed the code already I couldn't receive one.

I would recommend making the distinction between the Spanish vs.English versions more evident. I almost ordered two tests in the incorrect language.

I bought the Journeyman Plumber Study-pack in order to prepare myself for the Colorado Journeyworker plumber exam and I am extremely disappointed with the results so far. I have found multiple questions that contradict either themselves or the IPC on the study-pack so far. The study-pack offers explanations to every multiple choice answer explaining the correct answer and why the other answers were incorrect, but sometimes the explanation contradicts what the "correct" answer actually was. For example, I'll be given four multiple choice options and I'll pick Choice 2. I will be notified that I was incorrect and that the answer was actually Choice 3 but then the explanation contradicts Choice 3 and explains why Choice 2 was the correct choice. Other times, the answer will line up with the explanation but will directly contradict the code book. Given, I have only ran into this issue about a dozen times, most of the time the questions are correct and won't contradict themselves or IPC and I have answered about 270 questions out of 500. So for the most part the study guide is correct, but it shouldn't have any flawed answers at all if it's goal is to prepare me for a Journeyman Exam.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
