I ordered a copy of my CHSPE and there were two options self or institution. There was no explanation to differentiate. As it was being sent to my job, i selected institution. After spending 20 minutes on hold they told me it was my fault and I would not be issued a refund. I feel I am owed a refund as I had to re order

Prior i purchased the wrong test and-Life and Health Insurance and now purchased the hopefully the correct test- Accident Health Sickness one.
