I generally hope this place goes out of business and the owner gets a fat lawsuit. Customer service is a hoax. Phone calls will never be answered and you will get hung up on after 30 min of hold. Emails are never heard back from. Website charged me $90 then said I need to pay again, will not be able to take my test. Somebody shut this place down.
The whole company is an absolute joke from the incompetent tech support to the unhelpful proctors and i wish i could say something bad about the Customer service but unfortunately no one answers to have them help me. I have called 8 times in over 2 days rings for 31 minutes and then a prompter says "we cannot take your call" I have emailed as well nothing. Tech support said they were to reach out to me and good thing i never held my breath on that one. I was unable to take a extremely important Clinical Simulations Exam to become a Registered Respiratory Therapist but currently I have no idea when i will be able to reschedule it or take it.
I don't understand how state license board can have PSI to give the test. It is horrible experience to wait for hours not able to get into testing room, yet no technical support available or online information to show how to fix any problem. Each time you call customer service, they will say due to high volume there will be extended waiting. You wait for 30+ plus then they hang up with a message to tell you go online self-help (which was what's failing the first time). I have tried this numerous time and there is absolutely no call back, no way to contact customer service. I have never had such bad customer experience, nor I can imagine why this business is still in place. I wish State board provides alternatives.
There is no direct line to contact or talk to a SOUL! Spent 4 hours one day on hold with no answer. Emailed a dozen times and not ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. It is like no is working in their customer service department. Had a test canceled and they gave me a number to call to reschedule and it was a false number. There is absolutely no way to get through to ANYONE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! My process drug out for over 3 months!

I'm trying to call the 800 number for week to fix the error on the website to schedule my Exam. Whoever answered they hung up the phone on me. Everyone like that and I spoke to the supervisor Marilyn she answered and put me on silent for 30 minutes and then she said that's New to me. I asked if new to you you don't need to keep me for nothing put me with IT person. She also hun up on me. I don't know what kind of people you hired and how you train them. If the supervisor does that I can complain about the people. You guys just ridiculous not helping at all. I have all the name of the agent I complain everywhere on the news and all the social media.
I was scheduled to take an exam at PSI Orlando on 6/27/20. I have a medical condition which requires special accomodations. I went to take my test and the special accomodations area was unavailable and the login ID for the test did not work. I was rescheduled to 7/6/20 and the same thing happened! No special accomodations available and the test id did not work. This is unacceptable. I still have not been able to take my test and the problem hasn't been fixed. Zero communication from PSI
I would do ZERO stars if I could! Everytime I have call into customer service they have been SO RUDE. I don't even understand how they get hired because I simply just ask them my question and all of a sudden they act like I offended them, their mom, their dog, and their ancestors. No patience. So snappy. Plus the wait to be connected is a joke. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Where to start... in order to take my test I had to take the entire day off of work and drive 1 hour to the test center. I arrived to my real estate salesperson exam on time and entered the test room. I attempt to enter my candidate ID and it doesn't work. I spend the next 45 mins waiting for the PSI employees to help me with this issue. Neither customer service or tech service or the supervisor could figure out the issue. Does anyone know how their own system works in this company? They tell me to wait 24 HOURS to call customer service. They allow me to reschedule, but now I can't take the test until a MONTH and a HALF LATER. All I have to say is good luck to anyone taking a test with this very unorganized and unprofessional organization.

For profit company taking advantage of a corrupt system to make money on testing. And doing it in a horribly inefficient way. Absolutely horrendous. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone or by any other means. Something has to change!
This company needs to have a consumer class action law suite against them. They have a government contract so they respond like the government. I lost 3 days of work. They notified me at 5:30 the evening before the test. They forced me to give them a star in order to leave a review.
I've been trying to contact PSI for three weeks now by calling their 800 number everyday, I even left a voice message to call me back and also through their email. I never got a call back or nobody replied to my email. I was trying to schedule for a test but I couldn't find any day available on their website. Why can't I get hold of anybody? Are there still employees working at PSI? Can Pennsylvania have an alternative testing center aside from this unreliable company? It's so frustrating.
How did this miserable excuse of a company ever get selected by the FAA to handle their testing and scheduling? This company is a joke. They do not reply to email. They do not reply to their website's own "contact us" form. Calling them only to sit on hold -- IN ONE CASE FOR NEARLY 90 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP -- is ridiculous! My FAA written exam is on indefinite hold because of these jokers. No federal agency should be turning over their testing responsibilities to this incompetent company.

Please go back to the previous ways of testing (pre-January 2020) because PSI EXAMS IS A TERRIBLE AND DISORGANIZED COMPANY!
Avoid at all possible cost. I traveled 3000 miles to take a test that they canceled a few days before the test. No reason given. I spoke with the center directly in Salt Lake and they had room and had no idea why the test was canceled. It will cost me over 2500$ to rearrange, travel and do this again. I've been on the phone for hours and written emails out the wazoo and not one reply. Never never ever use these people!
I don't know why Washington state insurance continues to use them for exams. I'll sit on hold for 45 minutes, their online exams don't work, their customer service representatives are rude and their proctors are even ruder. I've had nothing but horrible experiences.
PSI has canceled my test without notifying me twice now. The first time I actually checked their website a few days before my test because the covid 19 lockdowns had just gone into effect. I can understand them closing the testing center but why no notification? So I rescheduled my test. Skip forward 6 weeks. Lockdown has been lifted. I drive an hour and half to the testing center just to be told that "I'm not in the system" and "there's nothing I can do about"... I had to call the 800 number 3 times to actually get ahold of a person. They tell me my test had been cancelled 2 days prior and that they didnt notify me because they didnt have my email address. They had my email address both times they sent me my confirmation number? I'm not even the only person this happened to. There was another guy there at the same time in the exact same predicament. This really is pathetic behavior from what's supposed to be a professional testing center. Through PSI is the only way I can take my state license exam and they know it. If I or anyone actually had a choice PSI would have been out of business long ago.
I do not even know where to start. The whole website is a mess. Online proctored exams require you to update your entire computer and give them access to your mic, camera, location, and screen sharing. If any of this does not function properly, it is an auto fail. I have two macs both updated to the most recent IOS update and PSI customer service claims that my mac systems are not compatible to take the online exam. I honestly have no idea how anybody can successfully take an online proctored exam. The auto fail must happen more often than not.
This company is horrible. All the people on the phone are rude, the don't want to help. I have spent hours trying to schedule on exam with psi and to avail. Most unprofessional company i have dealt with in awhile

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
