Awful

I cant believe they actually recommend people take test through this company. I waited over an hour for my test to start (after I have taken three test for through this company before), and they told me it was my computers fault. Also, I have to make a new password every time to log in. Now I have to re-schedule my test for the second time and I doubt they give me my money back. Also, many of us dont have another option due to the pandemic to take it in person. Why is this company still around?

Awful Customer service
October 29, 2020

I scheduled to have my update course to renew my UAS license. Drove 2 hours to the testing facility after receiving emails reminding me that I had to be on time every day for the past 3 days. Get to the facility and receive an email letting me know that the time has been cancelled. The email arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled test time. I sent a complaint email to the email from which the cancellation came, and this is the response.

Not convinced that there records kept of customer issues. I have called many times over the past ten days trying to resolve a payment failure issue (there is nothing wrong with my card or bank account).

I have been told I will received an email, and when nothing has come, have been told that info was wrong. Then been told to email, but am just fobbed off. Each time there has been no record of my previous calls etc. I'm continually told that someone will call or email but no-one ever does.

Clearly as seen in all comments, this company is just as bad as stated. I have been trying to make contact with support for 2 weeks. I was told I would receive a call back within 2 hours around the 10th time I called - finally got through - then lied too. No call back - nothing. It is literally the most brain dead move for the South Carolina Real Estate commission to link up with this company - as well as any other uneducated human that decides to use this company. They are clearly getting some kind of kick back off of this terrible monopoly. I would rather go to the DMV 70 times because as least they respond to you at the dmv.

I have called 27+ times, Hung-up on 15 times, and spoke to 12 agents with absolutely no authority to fix issues. Was told i would get a call back from the manager, and i'm still waiting for that call. All i needed was someone to delete or rest and account. I was told by one person it will take 5-7 days. How is this company still getting business. I wish we had alternate options for exams.

Waiting for a email response or chatting online with someone will get you nowhere. I just needed to cancel a purchase I made for the wrong exam and I've been trying to get someone to help me for over two weeks now. Calls will be met with "extended wait times" and chat well I don't know if I'm talking to a person or a computer. I keep getting asked the same questions over and over again. Very disappointed and I wish there was somewhere else to take a test.

THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING
October 19, 2020

I have been trying to take my NJ life insurance exam for over a month now. I am 34 weeks pregnant and had to reschedule due to a hospital visit and was told to email to reschedule without having to repay. This took 2 weeks to achieve. Then I thought I'd buy the practice test which I paid for to only find out it is not compatible with my Mac. No refund. Finally got to retake my test AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG EXAM! When I asked half way through the exam what I was taking I was told the title of the wrong exam. To reschedule I must email and was told I could reschedule for the next day. It is 4 days later. No email back after several attempts. Now on hold AGAIN after being hung up with multiple times to try and retake this exam. I have never dealt with something like this in my life. The fact that this bussiness is still up amd running and companies are using it for testing is SHOCKING!

Support is horrible and takes hours if at all to reach them. Everyone is based in the Philippines and you cant understand them. No other options. Documentation is bad and difficult to know how to address issues. Wish I could give them zero stars. Good Luck.

I need to retake my real estate exam, and have done everything as I was directed to do both by the Board and PSI. After nearly 3 weeks, I still have not been able to get a hold of a human being to tell me what the status is regarding whether they have received my paperwork via the mail, and when I will be able to schedule my test. I have tried calling(YEAH RIGHT no one answers) repeatedly, emailing daily(another hilarious joke with their will respond within 24 hours). I have contacted my state Board in hopes that they can help me get this taken care of. I suggest everyone with this issue(and I see it is A LOT) do the same and contact whatever department you need to for your state to get it taken care of. If each State/Department/Business that utilizes PSI for testing are smart, they will find another agency and dump PSI. They are useless.

ZERO SUPPORT

I attempted to take an assessment test. 15 minutes into the test, the PSI Instructor stops me. He notifies me of a malfunction on his end and my test was marked as completed! He gave customer care phone number to call. Customer care was extremely rude and inexperienced. Says she can not help me and has no phone or email for me to contact for help. Now I am at a dead end and no way to re-schedule my test. Thanks for ruining my future job prospect with this agency. I am quite sure they got paid for the test as well. Why is this company still trusted to handle administering EXAMS?

This company is an absolute joke. I am only having to us PSI because my final exam for my course is not through any other site. ALWAYS issues, ALWAYS canceling my exam, THEY DO NOTHING. I have never hated a company more. I am currently on hold because my scheduled exam today was canceled AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME. I waisted money, time, and honestly going crazy. Please go bankrupt and just give up, you're hurting students.

If you have ANY issues no matter how big or small, customer service does nothing for you. They will not call you back, not help you, and have no idea what you're talking about. They even ENDED the live chat on me both times I used that. Spent hours just trying to schedule a new exam after have an ID issue for the original exam date. By far the worst costumer service I've ever had to use.

The fact that they are used in any official capacity is a joke. To see that they are used at the federal level for testing just goes to show you the FEDs have a combined IQ of 50. Everyone involved at this organization and anyone who collaborates with them or pushes them to be used for testing should be sentenced to hang.

Incredibly bad service
October 6, 2020

I attempted to schedule an online exam. PSI's website put me in a loop, to schedule an exam click here, I did, next page to schedule this exam click here - back to the first page.
So I called, I was informed in the voice recording that I would have resolution within 24 hours. I received no call, no email. So I am back on the phone waiting and waiting and waiting.
I have at this moment been on hold waiting for the next available representative for 1 hour and 50 seconds.
A truly awful experience.

Who owns this company? Clearly this company has become a monopoly paid for by hard working taxpayers which does not care about anything besides grants and subsidies. I've taken a test here twice. The first time I could read the 420p resolution but the second exam had less than 240. Unfortunately I am required to take another exam with the company so I can keep my job. They will not answer or call me back after leaving multiple messages. It looks like I'm going to be on unemployment now without lack of trying. I HATE this, good luck.

After more than two hours waiting for online exam for AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate, can't contact anyone during the process. Filed a support case ask for reschedule and they send in my test result as "failed" next business day.

Here is the details: I scheduled the test for Oct 3, Saturday.
1. I scheduled the exam for 10 am and start to launch the exam at 9:30 per requirement and completed "check-in" at 10:02 am.
2. After 15 min max waiting time I start to contact them with their chat support every 5 to 10 min without any response.
3. After 55 min wait, the proctor told me "Hello there, sorry for the delay"; "I will now release your exam". Then "Could you please try to close your browser and launch it again".
4. I did relaunch the browser and waited more than another hour, and nothing happened despite my many attempts to communicate with their chat support and no response.
5. Later I opened a case with their support and got no response. On the following Monday they send in my test result as "failed".

What a joke? Keep away from this company!

Liars and Scammers

I took my test multiple times however the day I passed September 21st, their printer just so happened to not be working. They allowed me to view PASS notification on their screen and said i would be receiving an email at the one I used to log in. I TRUSTED them to be professional and get things done for me. The following day(22nd), I still never received the Email so I decided to call the PSI contact center. I was put on hold multiple times, which I could partially understood because of a lower number of workers due to covid. When I finally spoke to someone they assured me that they were expediting my Email concerns to the core office as Urgent matter, could take 3-5 days. I waited the days, nothing. I called back, they told me that I needed to wait the 3 business days Not from the Day I took my test but from the day I first called, but that a hard copy was being sent to me by mail and that i would received in 5-7 business days so to wait until Tuesday the 29th Just incase. I waited, even waited EXTRA because I didn't want to argue. It is now October the 4th and still Nothing. NO Email, No Hard Copy in USPS mail Box. I call back. Now am being told my request didn't got out until the 26th, (passed 21St, called 22nd, 24th been told had already gone out) and that it takes 7-10 business days to receive through snail mail. I have also now been on hold for 2 hours today when I was told I would get a call back within 30 minutes and instead I chose to Wait.

I scheduled my exam online remote, logged in on the exam day and the online proctor didn't bother showing up. I understood they could have had an issue, so I wrote asking for assistance rescheduling the exam. An automatic response told me they would get back to me within 24 hours. 3 days later, after getting np response, I contacted them again. The same automatic response. 5 contact attempts, no response. My money was not refunded. I could never take the exam. I got no responses.
PSI Exams is the definition of a criminal organisation.
