If only I could give a rating lower than one star. Unfortunately PSI is in charge of reviewing the LSAT writing samples for the November LSAT Flex Exam. It has been over 3 weeks and they still have not approved my writing sample. This has put my application process behind schedule and I may not even get to apply to law school at a competitive time because of this dip$#*!, incompetent company. Thanks PSI.
I can not understand how a company can run such a disorganized unprofessional operation. I took an exam a couple months back I had to take it three times because the first two times the software crashed on me in the middle of the exam. A few months has gone by now I have to take another exam they were the only ones in my stare offering it, unfortunately. I waited for hours for my online proctor to enter my exam on two separate occasions no one showed up. I was not able to get licensed because no proctor would even log in to the scheduled exam time. I can not believe this is an operation.
On the phone for more than two hours. The customer service person kicked me off to technical support, and then the tech support kicked me over to customer service... back and forth. Eventually was put on hold indefinitely and no one answered the call anymore.
The proctor for my exam failed to show after an hour. I have been on hold with customer support (phone and email) for over an hour. I was scheduled to take a state exam on 12/4/2020 at 2:00PM. I launched the website's secure browser to take the exam and was told that identity verication could take up to fifteen minutes. After 20 I relaunched the browser and repeated the process at 45 minutes. After an hour I was still unable to take my test, and called customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. While I waited for customer support and a proctor, my supervisor contacted their online support team. She was told there was one person ahead in the queue. This took an hour as well with no response. I called again and was eventually told by customer support that it must have been a technical issue, as their proctors were most likely not at fault. An hour later, and after incredibly rude service, the issue is still not resolved. An absolutely horrible experience.
PSI Exams Online has the worst customer service! I was on the phone with a PSI technician on 22 Nov 2020 for a total of 2 hours due to technical difficulties. My network connectivity was great but PSI was unable to launch ISACA examination. After all that, PSI launched my examination but I only got to the 4th question. During my journey to the 4th question, the examination froze multiple items. I informed the proctor I will call PSI to reschedule. Since 22 Nov 2020, I've been calling PSI to reschedule my examination will no such luck. I always get the same response, "I will elevate your case to the rescheduling department". I requested to be c/c'd on the email and they don't even do that. Requested for a supervisor and all the forward calls got disconnected. I received my FAILED notification from ISACA today for a test I've never taken. I reached out to ISACA and we are discussing the issue. Luckily, ISACA is addressing the issue with PSI. More to follow hopefully...
I hate to say this, but I have to, in order to save other's valuable time and money as well as psychological readiness to take any exam. This company "PSI" has the worst customer service and respect to exam takers. I scheduled for an exam and checked in for a proctor to launch my exam with no technical problem, but no proctor showed up and no response to emails, instead they later told me that I was marked absent. All my arrangements to take the exam from home went useless, had to pay for childcare for no reason. Finally, I decided to get it refunded as rescheduling again wasn't a good idea either when I spoke with my friends one of them had to the same experience twice then finally got his money back in 15 days. I was on hold on and off on their helpline however three of their representatives just hung up the phone without resolving the issue. I was over the phone with them for 127 minutes altogether. So sad, final I decided to take it with Pearson and was successfully and amazingly excellent service.
Stay away from PSI. Go to PEARSON.
I had to repeat my email to these fools multiple times and I can't even get help with resetting my LSAT writing exam. *******% DO NOT USE. AVOID IF YOU CAN. Never knows what you are talking about and will put you on hold for a MILLENIUM. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS
I took the 5-1/2 hour NASCLA exam. I ACED the exam but what an experience with this diseased bunch of $#*!sticks. First thing they do is strap a mask on your face that you're forced to keep on your face FOR THE DURATION OF THE 5-1/2 Hour killer exam. They record you and warn you that if you remove the mask even from your nose you will be warned and then be thrown out of the exam. These $#*!s get paid every time you take the test so anything they can do to make your life more difficult in the testing room they will do it. And they are a monopoly with no competition. This piece of $#*! $#*!show must be torched to the ground and never allowed to be in contact with a single human being for any reason whatsoever. I will contact the state myself and I encourage anyone else who's had this type of experience with this $#*! show to write into the state make sure this company gets destroyed by any means necessary. THEY DON'T SERVE THE PUBLIC, THEY ABUSE THE PUBLIC. THEY DON'T NEED TO EXIST. PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES CAN DO IT MUCH BETTER!
I have no idea why we have to use this site and why is it a prerequisite for online exams. I was constantly booted from the site, kept getting transferred from customer service to tech support. Over... andover... andover... again. What a waste of my life. It's a shame that this place exists as a go to place for exams and to take exams from home. Totally a rip off.
I've tried to check availability for testing two days in a row and have been on hold for 30 minutes one day and over an hour another day. They told me I had to pay before I could check availability. I told them I wasn't paying them before I could confirm a date in December... :( Awful service, awful system, and awful online website. Nothing is user friendly.
I have booked exam and on exam day PSI online exam not started and when I started chat there no one responded and they ate my exam fee and when I emailed them for reschedule exam because it's psi side error. Psi support not responded and I lost my time and money. I suggest to appear in exam personally instead booking online they just eat money without service. I will suggest to not use there service.
Online system DOES NOT WORK, I emailed and got the auto response that they would answer me shortly... well 2 days later still no response. I have literally been on hold with them today for 1 1/2 hours already and still no one has answered. I tried calling them 2 days ago as well and after and hour I couldn't hold any longer and they were closed yesterday. I am literally only trying to reschedule and exam as I had to have an emergency major surgery. I have been trying since Monday to get the date changed and now its Thursday and my test was originally scheduled for tomorrow. Someone from PSI should be looking at these reviews---and any states that use them for testing. This company is the absolute worst and that's really saying something because I would rather call the utility company than waste my time dealing with these people.
Very similar experience to recent reviews. Online system don't work, I tried calling: my hour lunch break wasted on hold every day for the last 2 weeks. Finally someone answers, says he can't schedule me over the phone until his supervisor or tech guy fixes the issue with my account: they haven't cleared my last examination date, which I failed so I'm not able to retest even after 1 month after. I managed to talk to a second person a week later, same story, same speech, same apologies but nothing doneto fix the issue. I beem losing money, time and effort over this people that don't know how to do their job and don't take any pride and they hide behind a phone and won't do anything for you just because they can.
I will be spreading the word about my awful experience as a customer of PSI in social media and with anyone who wants to listen I invite dissatisfied customers to speak out and share their bad experiences and spread out the word!

We had to escalate to a supervisor, she was very difficult, unhelpful and hung up on us.if we had a way to take Teal estate exam at some other location we gladly would.
They are not even worth one star! I have called so many times regarding my NJRE sales broker combo test. They switched website months prior without notifying me. All my records and previous test information is all gone. I dont have access to anything. Everytime i call they tell me to wait 24 hrs or just reschedle my exam. Im sorry how is that helping the situation? Im not sure who is paying these people but they need to be notified that they cant do their job and should all be fired. No one even listens to what i say and are constantly talking over me. "Oh it must be your mac" I explain i have tried three different types of computers and nothing is working. Completely worthless. They are just trying to take money to keep the business going. I was transferred from customer service to tech support to another department. Each person saying they dont know why i was transferred to them. The whole thing is an absolute joke.
The worst customer service in the world. So pathetic and rude and takes 4 hours to answer the phone then hang up on you. They're like robots and can't fix any issue. STOLE MY MONEY AND LOCKED MY ACCOUNT. $#*!ing thief's.
I have taken many exams online in the past, but none is as bad as PSI. Their process of registration, running compatibility test on my computer, and taking the exams are such a pain to work with--it's worse than pulling a tooth. How in the hell are they still in business? I will never work with them again.
Incompetent staff, unbearable wait times, dysfunctional online system, and disrespectful staff makes up approximately 5 hours of my time from the past 3 days. Called to schedule exam staff named "Ace"made mistake and registered me for wrong exam ok no problem i call to fix this with new staffer "mike" who assures me he will call me back next day. I never received a call. I call back to fix problem myself with new staffer (my third one) "theresa" who proceeds to reschedule me for correct exam however makes mistakes on date and time of exam. 4th member when pulling up my account hangs up on me after I waited 45 minutes to connect. I wish i had his name that arrogant jerk. Long story *******@PSI is a JOKE. Terrible customer service! Horrible system! Stupid Stupid Stupid Stupid Stupid Stupid if you can avoid please do!
I do suggest all the users of PSI services write to the business/associate whoever gives their businesses to PSI. I am taking the insurance exam, so I wrote to the CA Department of Insurance to let them know about PSI services.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
