Just before I had to do my online exam, I first had to clear my desk completely, which included removing my laptop stand, stationary case, even my second screen though it was not even switched on. They had me recording my room twice as if I'm some criminal. I also had to keep unplugging my laptop and charger each time I did the recording because you physically have to pick up your laptop and twirl it around the room. This is super annoying, and I constantly had to worry about whether my laptop is charging or not during the exam. It would be great if they could actually tell you the exact exam set up before you start, i. E. no second screen near your actual laptop. Nothing, not a single thing on your desk. Recording each and every corner of your room. Wiping down your whiteboard (even though it is behind you, and it includes your actual work, not cheat sheets). Have your id nearby, but also don't, because it should not be on your table. I also told the guy before the exam began, that now my laptop charger is giving issues because I had to remove the laptop stand, and then he still started the homepage for the exam like he does not give a damn about your problem.

On Jan, 7,2021, I arrived one hour early for Georgia Real Estate licensing exam which had been scheduled over 1 month in advance, confirmed in writing and reconfirmed a few days prior to exam date. Upon arrival the testing center was locked, lights off and unattended. After waiting 2 hours in a cold, wet and filthy PSI parking lot I finally reached one of their representatives who told me I would have to reschedule my exam. No apology, no excuse, no sympathy, no explanation. Myself and the 4 other license applicants who stood out in the cold, wet, filthy PSI parking lot had our lives substantially, adversely affected through their sheer incompetence, ineptness and incapability. No effort was made to contact 5 people, whose contact information they clearly had on file. Do whatever you possibly can to avoid dealing with this incompetent organization. I have written to the Governor of my state and the state licensing board and to the President of PSI to inform them of this scam of a business and how poorly they are representing state governments. Shame on whoever contracts to do business with this company.

I have been trying for over a month to take an exam, there is no support what so ever, I have spent over 5 hours on hold, they say email and you will have a response within 24 hours this isn't working either, this is the only option for state licensing. I think NY may want to review this service for fraud. I've paid twice and still no exam available for taking.

I took my Psych Tech Stateboard exam on Nov 23,2020, in Riverside Ca. When you take your exam you have to be processed with taking your picture, fingerprint, paperwork, etc. To make sure your the person taking the exam, which is great. I was not nervous going to take the exam because I really studied. As soon as they take me into the room and sit me down, they cannot get the computer started. After about 8 minuets I was asked to quietly leave the room. Keep in mind they're are other people taking exams for they're field of employment. I was escorted back in the waiting room with all eyes on me as if I was caught cheating. This is where I began to get nervous. After about 10 minutes a woman comes out and says we got the computer rebooted. I told her, this was not a good sign and maybe I shouldn't take the test. She told me no I would be fine and to just take the test, Im already here. So I took the test and I don't know if they gave me a harder test but it was not anything comparable to what I studied. I failed the test and I know its no ones fault but my own, but if I am paying $321 for a test the equipment should be working. I reached out to PSI customer service complaints, they could care less we are just a number to them and this is business. So I have to pay to take the test again, so whomever is reading this, if you have a problem with your computer, don't take the test stop at that moment and request complaint and make them document the problem, that way you have it in writing. Good luck, and I will be passing the test the next time, because if I don't I have to wait 6 months before taking it again, and this is not an option.

The WORST Company
January 4, 2021

I have been trying to reschedule my exam but it is impossible to do. First of all, the website doesn't show any record of my scheduled exam even though I have a receipt for it. Second, I have been trying for days now, every way to contact this company to assist me but I cannot get through AT ALL! This is starting to feel like a SHAM! What a shameful and disgraceful company. I would never recommend EVER.

It takes forever to speak with a representative. When you finally speak to someone, the information you receive is conflicting. I have been on hold, only to have a representative fake- answer the phone only to hang up on me without really taking the call. The front line representative cannot really answer questions and there is no way of contacting to the people who can.

This is one of the worse companies to try and get your test from. The customer service is horrible and their site does not work if you register for a test. When you call them the people on the other side are clueless on the exams you want to take and try so sign you up for some other exam. I have no idea why this company exists.

I had my exam scheduled on Dec 4th for the online exam, but the proctor didn't even show up, called at least 5 times on that day and checked that everything worked on my end but after 3 hours of waiting for the proctor, I ended up with the customer support team to reschedule my exam. They told me to wait 3-5 days, and I waited more than 10 days and called almost everyday asking for an update, but they never emailed me or contacted me at all. On Dec 15th, I went to the website and saw there is finally a botton to reschedule my exam and I rescheduled it for today Dec 18th. However right before the exam time I went to launch the exam and found out that my account is blocked! Very useless customer support, always telling me to wait and saying that my issue is beyond their scope, so ridiculous that I spent 3 more hours again on the phone just to talk with one of the supervisors. And now I have to wait again for them to unblock my account and take the exam. If I could take my exam from other websites or locations I would definitely do that. Please avoid taking exams from PSI, their customer support and whole system is a complete joke.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
December 18, 2020

They sent an email before the exam with steps for log in. I logged in 15 minutes before my exam time, following the email steps, which said "You will be prompted to download the secure browser once you log in." The prompt never appeared. After switching browsers, computers, etc., I realized the problem was on their end. I called customer service and sat on hold for 2 hours. I emailed them too, no response. I finally got to speak with someone after 2 hours of hold time-I was first told I could take the exam tonight, then I was told that I couldn't because the link to the secure browser came in an email that probably went to spam (WTF?!). I looked through my spam for the past 3 months and verified that no link was ever sent. Then I was told that my University should have sent it to me. I guess I was supposed to be a mind reader that their directions in the email they sent are incorrect, and I ALSO should have known how to find their company specific browser, outside of the confirmation email. Now I am unable to reschedule it, and they have it marked in their system that I let the time lapse and started late, which couldn't be further from the truth. They wouldn't fix it in their system either. Stay away from this place! Or if you have to use them, log in at least 3 hours prior to the start time so you can sit on hold with customer service. Literally the most nerve racking experience after you've been preparing for an exam for weeks and you're nervous as hell already.

Tried to reschedule an exam within 24 hours of the original date due to very inclement weather and poor driving conditions. Consistent with other reviews, very long wait times, poor customer service, no resolution to original issue (despite promises of such), etc. I tried calling twice, emailing (as instructed while on hold), and never received any response. No response whatsoever. I ended up have to register for the exam again because this is the only company that offers the exam I needed for the license in my state. I even filed a compliant with the BBB. Their response was, "We will reach out to the testing candidate". I'm Still waiting on that call.

Simply the system refuse to accept payments. I've tried with two different credit cards (prepaid and not), also my colleagues. We have received only generic errors and the customer service reply always asking to try other cards without any additional information about errors. It is a 1 star only because i can't send a 0 star review. Worst exam portal site ever. I think also a customized Moodle could be better.
I hope Adobe change this $#*! soon!

Last thing, if I will ever be able to schedule and pay for the exam sure i'm going to attempt to a fisical test location instead of remote exam. I don't want any other problem with these ridiculous systems.

Terrible company
December 12, 2020

I am writing this review while on hold to reach customer service. My exam was at 1pm and I logged on at 12:30pm as I was asked. It is now 2:48pm.
As to relaunch every time I got error message. The chat is a joke they wasted a ton of my time it's nerve racking to have to take an exam an have these difficulties. Chatted with three different reps and told to relaunch. While I attempted I called CS as a back but during the room scan and speak scan I hung because I feared being terminated because all of the pre warning given To only find that I'm asked to relaunch again. Im literally chasing nut tail here.
It's now 2:54 and still no help from 12:30pm
They should not collect money till the test is done. If they are concerned about payment don't release results till payment. This would forced them to do there job

I scheduled for MI Life Producer. The online PSI exam is a scam. I scheduled the exam 2 times. 1st time there was some technical difficulty, the customer support guy tried for 2 hours and I could not write the exam. Again rescheduled for another day, this time the proctor was not available for 2 hours. I was just waiting for the proctor to be available. This time I wanted to reschedule to write the exam in person. But the support person says that I have to wait for 7 business day to reschedule. This is the worst exam portal I have experienced and worst customer service. If they are taking money for a online exam at particular time. How can they cannot arrange for a proctor? I waited for 2.30 hrs in the night for 1 st time. And 2nd time also waited for 2.30 hrs for proctor. Worst exam portal... I wish could give 0 stars

PSI has made a business off of exams. As a business they only care about one thing. Money. Instructors for the Indiana real estate exam are having an extremely hard time to prepare their students for the exam. They go through the entire book and even give you a certificate that says you're prepared for the test. When you go take the test you'll find that the test is mostly situational & subjective questions. They make the test very difficult so you will be forced to take it many times and pay them $50 each time. They are a business. Their goal is not to pass students, it is to make money.

Beware testers!

The thought of having someone on the other side of your camera watching you is flat out weird. Aren't you supposed to be free of distractions and people hovering over you while testing? I almost even wanna call this a scam. If you need to retake the test, they recharge you the whole amount you might have paid for in the beginning.

When registering, a large all caps, bold, red text with exclamation points told me it's important to call customer service. I called and they had no idea why I should be calling and I didn't either. The rep offered to register for me and I said sure. A painstaking several minutes of spelling out my name, address, email, etc. I noticed a small button at the bottom where I could keep registering. I clicked the button to continue registering and politely stopped the representative who should have informed me of this option.

After paying (of course it's after paying), I was on the screen to select a testing site. The page is completely broken. It threw an error message to select a site where there were no sites to select! Hitting the button after entering my zip code doesn't seem to do anything.

The system keeps changing my name and I need to reschedule the exam due to name is not matching with ID. They refused to refund nor reschedule my exam within the deadline. Bunch of liers and unresponsibile people there. The worst experience in my whole life...
