Not convinced that there records kept of customer issues. I have called many times over the past ten days trying to resolve a payment failure issue (there is nothing wrong with my card or bank account).
I have been told I will received an email, and when nothing has come, have been told that info was wrong. Then been told to email, but am just fobbed off. Each time there has been no record of my previous calls etc. I'm continually told that someone will call or email but no-one ever does.
