For some reason, I had trouble for two months trying to enroll in the NAJA course and today for some reason, my credit card was declined by PSI even though my card company said it was approved.
I have to purchase the practice exam twice... I have emailed and called in attempt for assistance to not avail.

Everything has been great. All the pre-testing exams have been very helpful.
After waiting 3 weeks for a testing and had to call their technical support over 5 times just to download the program they want you to use for secure testing, download this app and once I got there, there was nobody there, and the screen wouldn't even let me start my test due to other windows open so I close all of them, and then the app is stuck on open, and my camera is being accessed... and they keep telling me to download some fishy app any desk and tiny. Url that would give them access to my computer and all my private info, but the first thing that popped up when I looked up those were 1 star reviews on a sketch link they gave me, and said this is used most prominently by scammers who steal your personal info, and money... I called in to technical support 4 times and got the same people from India, which made it even more sketch especially if this is supposed to be a professional call center... I got hung up on 3 times asking for a manager since the first 4 calls lead me nowhere and everything about this site is fishy and scam. Ever since my encounter last night this is the first time where I am not able to get through to PSI even calling their normal line which usually I get through to someone in a couple minutes every time I called previously, but now all of a sudden I've been put on wait for 30 min and automatically get hung up on? After I messaged PSI about my testing "experience" This is what our government is using their services makes me really uncomfortable, and sketchy testing experience I've ever had and seeing these other similar reviews and experiences I'm literally fearful for the safety of my identity.
