On March 3,2022 I faxed a completed VA Broker Exam Registration form with all required information to the appropriate PSI fax number for VA Broker Exam by reciprocity. I received a fax confirmation that all pages were received.
On March 15,2022 at 3:09 EST I inquired with PSI via their *******910 number as to the status of my exam registration. It had been over 4 business days (when they say they'll process by) and I had not heard anything on the status. The PSI representative put me on hold and advised me my fax had been received, but the VA Real Estate Board only meets on certain days, is slow, and hadn't done their job yet. The PSI representative advised me to call back on Friday, March 18,2022, and escalate the VA Real Estate board's slowness.
On March 18,2022 I once again had no status on my exam application and called PSI via their *******910 number. This time I was advised there was no record of any fax ever being received and no record of any of the activities the 3/15 PSI representative referenced. In other words, PSI provided me false information and acted unprofessionally by doing so on 3/15... even blaming the VA Real Estate Board.
Why why PSI is processing applications for the Commonwealth of VA.
PSI is full a liars and unprofessional people. PSI makes stuff up or throws applications in the trash can.
