I paid for my exam through a phone operator. The exam did not show up under my online account. When I called to get it the woman that answered reassured me that it would be there the day of the test. When test day came along I called as soon as they opened. The tech guy told me to call 30 mins before my exam and they would open it. I called and the girl that answered told me I didn't have time to take it. When I told her I still had 30 mins before I needed to sign in she tried to get it to open again. But I had to give her my PASSWORD for her to see what was going on. She messed around doing god knows what for 30 more mins and still told me nope I can't get it to work so you can't take the test and I would have to pay 170 AGAIN. I was like uhhhh NOPE. I had been trying to fix the issues all week so then she rescheduled me weeks out so they have time to fix whatever BS is going on qith THEIR website. ALSO, they barely spoke English for crap so I had to ask what 300 times which is annoying when you're already irritated! The tech guys are the only part of this company that isn't completely useless...however, still paid and still no test! I'm so pissed I can't take my test somewhere else I am FORCED TO USED THIS JOKE COMPANY

I tried to take AWS SAA exam on PSI.
It requires PSI Secure Browser to take exam on PSI on my own PC.
PSI Secure Browser told me to close all other applications, including NVIDIA Container.
But NVIDIA Container restarts again and again automatically.
To make matters worse, I couldn't input anything on Live Chat in PSI Secure Browser due to a software bug.
So I contacted PSI support. It also take much time because the supports ask same questions 3 times in total. (contact form, chat, and technical support chat)
About 3 minutes after the exam starts, I could make PSI Secure Browser work.
I followed the proctor's instructions and showed my room where I take the exam.
Then Secure Browser suddenly shut down (probably because it was 15 minutes after the exam starts), and Chrome was opened and showed the home of PSI official website. (I don't know why, probably a bug)
It was already 15 minutes after the exam starts, so I gave up taking the exam. There was no refund. And AWS support told I can't reschedule the exam in 24 hours.
I never use this service again.
