I was scheduled for a test at 2 pm and received no information on how to log in to take the test on line. Started calling at 115 and someone attempted to have me log in. Could get me to correct website. Then transferred me to technical support who did not answer for 30 minutes and I missed the test. They are awful and none speak English no question I was routed to India.
Very hard to find the info needed for test material.

Horrendous experience. 10mins before proctor showed. Checked in, waited 10mins, texted proctor the got screen error that exam was completed. This was my second attempt at taking this exam. Have decided to avoid PSI, will be using Pearson Vue. If I could give a score below zero, I would.

I finished my pre courses on oct 6th today is nov 7th and still will not be able to take my exam until the 10th. All because of the incompetence of their so called customer service and on line testing glitches i ended up having to call and email the president of the company 4 different times never gotten a response or any issue fixed. Luckily today i was able to speak to tommara a supervisor and the only employee as far as i can tell that knows what they are doing i have spoken to so called customer service and IT at least 30 times with no help it took 2 weeks for me to even be able to set up an initial account because their so called IT put my info in wrong. This has cost me a job plus the thousands of dollars i would of made and having to pay for my pre classes 2x to make sure i could remeber all the information i needed to pass. I will NEVER use this place again and i will tell everyone i can about this horrible experience the most unprofessional place i have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I did not keep my proof of purchase but am happy to give my phone number and log in info although based on my experience no one will contact me oh and i do have my bank statement that does have my proof of purchase

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
